VÄr rymliga villa Àr nu tillgÀnglig till jul pÄ grund av avbokning. Den har en söderlÀge elektrisk uppvÀrmd pool och Lanai har utsikt över en liten, fridfull kanal. Det har smakfullt inredda till hög standard, har full luftkonditionering och wi-fi internet. Villan ligger i en lugn cul de sac (inget utlopp) utan genomgÄngstrafik, sÄ det Àr en underbar plats att varva ner - men det Àr nÀra till mÄnga bekvÀmligheter.

Det rymliga vardagsrummet har en 40 "4K-TV, Blu-Ray / DVD-spelare, CD / radio och en riktigt bekvÀm soffa .. Det finns en separat, formell matplats och Àven en frukostkrok, men vi tycker om att Àta vid biljardbordet, bredvid solstolarna, och titta ut mot kanalen. MÄnga av vÄra gÀster sitter ute pÄ lanai pÄ kvÀllarna och anvÀnder sig av grillgrillen.

Det stora sovrummet Àr 24 meter lÄngt med en king size-sÀng och digital-TV. Det leder till ett stort badrum med duschkabin, djupt badkar, "hans" och "hennes" handfat och fÄfÀnga enheter. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsÀng och digital-TV, medan det tredje sovrummet har tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Varje sovrum har en kista och en garderob, och det finns ett andra badrum för sovrum tvÄ och tre. BÄde sovrummet och det stora rummet har skjutdörrar som vetter ut mot Lanai.

Det stora köket Àr vÀlutrustat med alla normala faciliteter. Den har en frukostbar med barstolar, och det finns ett separat tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare.

Rotonda West Àr ett eftertraktat bostadssamhÀlle, nÀra miles av fantastiska sandstrÀnder. Det finns oÀndliga möjligheter till golf (4 banor inom 5 miles!), fiske, skal, bÄtliv och naturutflykter. Scenic Broadmoor Park ligger i nÀrheten.

OmrÄdet har flera bra restauranger samt avslappnade restauranger, och det finns mÄnga butiker och gallerior i Englewood, Port Charlotte, Venedig, Sarasota och Ellenton.

Kombinationen av högkvalitativt boende i en utmÀrkt plats innebÀr en bra vistelse för vÄra gÀster, av vilka mÄnga ÄtervÀnder nÀr de semestrar i Florida.

Home away from home

Very Nice Place, would stay again

My family and I stayed here for a weekend getaway end of Dec. The place was as advertised, very nice, very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Would stay again!

Nice getaway

Beautiful home with plenty of space and beautiful pool. Located within a reasonable distance to many desirable beaches and shopping. Would definitely recommend and would return to this lovely home. We had a wonderful time.

Actually was not please or impressed. Many thing were broken in home (master shower head, toaster, pool heater, beach chairs) Pool was green on steps and bottom, black mold on pool deck. Home is outdated with peeling wallpaper throughout and kitchen is covered with tiny ants. We couldn't leave even a glass out for a minute without it getting covered in ants. They have these ultrasonic bug items plugged in all over the home with flashing red lights that are continually flashing - really irritating. Exterior of home is not kept up with lack of maintenance and repairs. Definitely not a villa. We were there for work so we did not spend much time at place. If we were there for vacation from out of town it would have been a terrible disappointment. Home had all needed linens and master bed was comfortable. Overall interior was clean and had needed kitchen items. Just not what I paid for. I expected to spend evenings in pool and was not able to. Place needs a complete update.

Big house in quiet, beautiful location

Big house. Very nice, quiet area. Beaches and stores close by. Marcel (owner) was very nice and quickly responded to my questions and recommended few places to visit. We had a great time and highly recommend this house.

Amazing stay!

So glad we booked this rental for our trip! It was in a quiet clean neighborhood and close to everything like stores gas stations and pharmacies. The villa itself was incredibly clean and well furnished with everything we needed to get started once we got there. The pool was beautiful and also very well maintained. We would definitely love to book this stay again in the future!

Spacious & Clean

We stayed here to be near my parents in Rotonda West, FL for Thanksgiving. Very clean, beautiful pool, bathrooms are a bit dated, and we ran out of toilet paper, but it's a spacious, 3 bedroom villa in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us a chance to stay in your wonderful home!

Wonderful spring vacation!

We enjoyed our week stay at this lovely Rotonda West home in sunny Florida! The owners were very professional in promply answering our questions. The home was very neat, clean and equipped with all the amentities needed to accomodate a family of six with four children ranging in age from 6-16. Although we found it hard to leave the pool, we managed to spend a few days searching for shark teeth on Venice Beach and enjoying the amazing Gasparilla Island. Both beaches were very close and simply amazing! We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and would not hesitate to spend another one of our spring breaks in this lovely home. Thank you again to the friendly owners who helped make our vacation a memorable one!

Pure Bliss ‌

The cleanliness of the house was perfect! You can literally eat off the floor. We loved the spacious and comfort the home provided. We could tell it had a lot of love in the rooms. It felt like a real family home. The Pool was so Fantastic after our days at the beach. We were able to enjoy the pool and put delicious meats the grill! The neighborhood is centered by everything! We were able to enjoy Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island, Circus Museum, and Siesta Keys! My family did not want to leave! The house was full of amenitie. That was a plus! Fresh smelling towels, washer and dryer, nice refrigerator w/ condiments, pots and pans, and comfortable beds. I personally loved the tub in the master bedroom! This house was one of the best air bnb's I stayed in ever! We really enjoyed Florida and our stay in Rotonda! Thank you to the owners of this home for providing a wealth of information to us and for keeping my family safe and entertained!

We had a great location a it is a great house. Unfortunately, many of the beaches were closed due to the hurricane. But, we still managed to spend a couple days at a couple beaches and do some fishing at some of the canals and lakes. It was always nice coming back to this home we chose and will probably return to.

Perfect house in Rotunda

This house is nicely furnished, clean and has a great layout. Very comfortable. It's right near Long Marsh golf course. We brought our bikes, but they also have bikes in the garage. This is a good location to ride your bike or walk. We bikes to Sassy Tarts and ate at the VFW. Two locations worth stopping at.

Wunderschöne 3 Wochen in einem schönen Haus in prima Umgebung!

Wir waren zu Zweit 3 Wochen im Mai in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es ist alles da was man benötigt um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen! Der EigentĂŒmer ist super nett und auch der Betreuer vor Ort ( Mr. Faulkner ) ist immer erreichbar und kĂŒmmert sich prima um alle Belange.Die Wohngegend ist Safe und sehr schön es gibt einige nette Nachbarn und Restaurants und schöne StrĂ€nde sind in 15-30min erreichbar. Auto ist natĂŒrlich zwingend erforderlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die vielen Kleinen Stechtiere die trotz Lanei uns das Leben etwas schwer gemacht haben. Wir haben Zitronellakerzen verwendet und mussten uns immer mit off Spray einsprĂŒhen. So hatten wir es noch nie erlebt. Alles in allem war es sehr schön wir werden noch lange daran denken!

We first fell in love with the Rotonda area in 1999, and rented different villas there each year. As rentors we learnt a great deal about what makes a good vacation property. When we purchased our holiday home in 2006 we put that experience to use.

The villa ticked all the boxes - quiet location - yet close enough to beaches, shops and restaurants. Excellent south facing lanai and pool, plenty of space, huge master bedroom with walk in master bathroom, 2 car garage.
