My husband and I stayed here for a week. The house is an older home, but the interior has been updated and is clean and comfortable. If you are taller than 5'0 the master bath shower will be too short for you, luckily there is another bathroom with a taller shower head. The place is not overly furnished so if you bring a large group you should have room to spread out. If you're traveling with pets there is a large fenced backyard for them. If you like to cook you may find that a little challenging as the cooking utensils were limited, but there was plenty of dishware. Overall the stay was comfortable and anything we needed was a quick trip to the grocery store.The neighborhood is quiet and is a quick 15 min drive to TAMU. We would stay here again.

The ‘Farmhouse’ was impeccably clean and had what we needed for our overnight stay. The location was easy for visiting downtown Bryan, A&M and Joy Pottery.

The home was very good overall. Missed 5-Stars since the shower heads are too low flow. Also, the converted garage needs some beds. You are missing on some extra income there. We would stay there again.

Great stay, everything you need... nothing you don't

In an age where every VRBO seems to just be an exercise in gouging the renter; I would say this is gem. The property is in Bryan, made to be pet friendly and accommodating. Simple sundries and refreshments available when you arrive and ease of check-in/check-out are such a relief. The refurbishments make for an updated and clean feel. A couple of windows don't slide, but didn't affect our enjoyment of the property. Good and controlled backyard made it easy to turn the dogs loose and let them stroll. Would stay here again if given the opportunity.

I especially love the communication. Carolyn was there with a quick response or right on time with instructions. That means a lot to me. It was a beautiful home with very comfy beds. I will definitely stay there again

Perfect for our family gathering!

Carolyn, the host was so helpful and welcoming- really great and timely communication! The home is well laid out with lovely, comfortable furnishings and everything we needed to have an enjoyable visit with family. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. Sister’s Trip

We could not have been more pleased. This home exceeded our expectations and our host was amazing, paying attention to every detail. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well appointed. There were many little extra touches that we appreciated. The host was very easy to work with and was prompt to answer all questions. We would absolutely recommend this property.
