Discover this peaceful 3-bedroom Fayetteville retreat. This gem boasts a gorgeous, brand new, interior with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and twin bunk beds. With sparkling amenities like a washing machine/dryer, full kitchen, covered patio with furniture, and WiFi, guests can relax comfortably. The 2 bathrooms feature a beautiful walk-in shower and shower/tub combo for added convenience. The large upstairs area is a great place for relaxing with a large TV and room to spread out.

The attached private garage is the main entrance from the shared driveway and is accessible with keypad code (additional boat/trailer parking is available). If you’re lucky you will be greeted by Jules, one of the friendly pups who roams the fields! Feel free to give them a treat! Book now and enjoy everything this fabulous space has to offer!

Just 6 miles from downtown/University of Arkansas, it is the perfect combo of convenient location and country retreat.

The host and hostess were friendly and most gracious. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. While the amenities were not all together complete and workable, they are moving in the right direction. The hosts made every effort to help make our stay the best.

So cute!

My family and I all came together back in our home town for the Fourth of July and we LOVED it! It was so clean and cute. The owners were so kind and answered me right away. Very nice stay.

Farm to city in less than 10 minutes! Best of both worlds.

This was as near a perfect place as we could hope. Amazing view out the back sliding glass door and from the fully furnished concrete patio. So new and fresh. Everything was immaculate. Host and family were kind and very accommodating. We had access to the single car garage and it came in handy on one of the evenings when the grandchildren were visiting and it was raining. We felt comfortable and like we were at home. There were snacks and water, fresh wild roses (that smelled amazing) and a heartfelt welcome note when we arrived. We loved seeing the "farm" dogs that occasionally wandered the property and the host even supplied dog treats if you wished to interact with them. We will be back often since this property is minutes from family that live in the area.
