The Blue River runs past this property offering summer fishing, kayaking, and the healing sound of the running river.
Fall never disappoints with glorious foliage that brings leaf peepers from near and far.
Winter creates more adventures with snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and of course, the famous Breckenridge World Class Ski Resort, which you can drive to and park or take the free Summit Stage Bus.

We are uniquely removed from the hustle and bustle of town in the quiet mountains and yet we are only 3 miles from the heart of Historic Breckenridge Main Street Boutique shops, Eateries, Breweries and Distillery, Live Theater, The Art District, Concerts, Festivals and so much more!

The layout of the home is ideal for you to gather with 9 of your favorite people. It has an open floor plan, comfy furniture, and a gas log burner that sets the mountain vibe ambiance

In the Living room, nestle into the soft couch and chairs to hang out, stream a favorite show on your personal apps, or read your vacation escape book staring at the glowing fire.

The dining area is the perfect place to gather for a family meal with seating for 10 or game time or set up your laptop for some remote work (although we hope you do not have to!).

Equally important, the cook is never far off from the fun in the fully equipped kitchen that should have most everything you need to create a feast or quick snack with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and pantry space to settle into.

After a day of play and it is time to call it a night, you have 3 bedrooms, a loft and sofa bed in the living room to spread out to comfortably accommodate your crew of 10 or less.

On the main floor of the home there is an Ensuite Primary Queen Bedroom with a flat screen TV to stream on, access to a patio and a tub-shower combo in the bathroom.

Up the stairs on the 2nd level there are two Queen Bedrooms (one with a private balcony) and a quiet nook seating area to read or do a little work if you must. Also on this level is full bath with a walk-in shower and a hall closet with washer and dryer.

Ascend up the retro spiral staircase to the loft which offers space for 5 more people with a Twin over queen Bunk and a Twin over Twin bunk and lot of space to unpack and nestle in. All but one bedroom has a TV to unwind and watch after playing all day.

Last but not least, you will have access to 2 uncovered parking spaces.
