Denna stuga har verkligen det bästa av två världar. Det är mindre än 3 miles till stan, så att du kan vara i backen eller äta på en restaurang i en kort 5 minuters bilresa. Men det är så avskild att du kan njuta av din tid i Breckenridge borta från bullriga grannar eller ljudet av motorvägen.

Bosatte sig på nästan 3 hektar på en lugn gata strax söder om staden, har denna stuga allt du kan förvänta dig från ett fritidshus. Byggd på 3 våningar och omfattar över 2100 kvadratfot, är det mer än bekvämt för grupper på upp till 8-10 personer.

Den nedre sovrummet har en dubbel våningssäng och en utdragbar soffa. Hela vägen på övervåningen, har ett sovrum två fulla sängar och sovrum med en king size-säng ligger på samma våning. Det finns också en Pac-n-play och en annan utdragbar soffa om fler bäddar behövs.

Förutom sovrummen, erbjuder huset alla bekvämligheter du kan hoppas på. Det finns en storbilds-TV med kabel i vardagsrummet och en TV i det andra sovrummet på övervåningen. Också nära till hands är gratis Wi-Fi, en dockningsstation för iPod, och massor av böcker och spel.

För din bekvämlighet, är nere en bil garage med skidor och snowboard rack och en stor mudroom att hänga och torka alla lager av kläder som vänja på sommaren och vintermånaderna.

För att hålla sig varm, njuta av den stora utomhus barrel i baksidan av huset där du inte kan höra ett ljud medan du kopplar under stjärnorna eller solen. Eller stanna inne och lysa upp gas spis och krypa upp med en bok eller en TV-show på otroligt bekväm soffa.

Vad du än väljer att göra: fiska, åka skidor, vandra, läger, snowboard, eller bara koppla av, är detta ett fantastiskt hus och en stor plats. Det är lätt att glömma när du är inbäddat i skogen, bara 1 eller 2 grannar inom synhåll och ljud från trafiken obefintlig, att du är mindre än 3 miles till Breckenridge och ca 1 mil till Spruce Creek Trail Head. 40th Wedding Anniversary

Great cabin location, relatively close to trails we wanted to hike. Amenities were perfect and just as advertised. We would definitely reserve this cabin in the future!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was everything I had dreamed of. The views were stunning, we saw dear, fox and a little chipmunk “chip” who visited us every morning. We even saw a momma moose and her two babies!!! The hot tub was wonderful, the perfect end to each day. Would definitely stay again!

Great Cabin!

Amazing Location

The cabin is located in an amazing location. You feel like you are secluded, but close enough to Breckenridge that going in to town is no trouble. We enjoyed the patio every morning and evening. We saw 4 moose and a fox throughout our stay. We will definitely be going back!

Grand Adventure

Riding SXS’s in Breckinridge is awesome and finding a property that allows parking of a trailer with the needed space is even better. Great location in relation to town. Very quiet area. Only suggestion would be coffee or end tables around couches. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Best place to stay if you crave quiet and solitude with the convenience of restaurants etc. close by. Perfectly comfortable cabin in the forest. Loved the view from the decks and hot tub around back. Less then 10 minutes to downtown Breck. Cabin was spotless. Throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Side note: Blue Moose for breakfast is highly recommended!

A perfect mountain retreat

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin during a long weekend ski trip to Breckenridge. I was a little worried about the road after being warned that I needed 4WD or AWD but my Outback made it just fine. There was plenty of room for our two families (8 total), plus lots of fun games and books provided. The owner was extremely responsive and we felt well taken care of. Just be aware that the elevation is around 10,200' and some may find the high altitude to be challenging.

Rural and Quiet

At 2.5 miles from Breckenridge gave us peace and quiet but close enough to restaurants and activities. Two red foxes added to the entertainment value of the rural setting. Wifi was good if you needed it. Three minor complaints. Rental agency gave us the wrong entry code but waited less than 30 minutes before someone came to reset the code. No remote in guest bedroom. Dryer did not work.

Ski Trip

The overall experience was amazing. The property easily accommodate all of the people in our party. I would recommend that new pots and pans be placed in the kitchen, and to verify the cleanliness of the utlensils, cups, pots, and pans. Other than that everything was great.

Great amenities but not super clean

The location was fabulous! Lots of amenities: games, movies, hot tub, fans, humidifiers, extra towels, extra blankets, etc. Overall we had a fabulous family getaway. Compared to a cabin it was very clean, compared to a hotel it was not. The vents were all caked in dust, cobwebs were in most corners, there were hairs in the master shower, and when we went to pull out the sleeper sofa there were tons of mouse droppings. It was late at night so we just sent an email to the address we were given for house issues and my son slept on the couch. By midday the next day we still hadn’t gotten a response so we called. The property manager dropped off traps on the counter while we were out for the day. We did not hear another thing about it nor did anyone reach out to ask if we needed anything else. Nobody offered to clean the bedding on the pullout that was covered on droppings, so my son slept the rest of the trip on the couch, which wasn’t the cleanest either.

Mountain Getaway

Beautiful cabin! Had everything as described in listing. Conveniently located- short drive to Breck but secluded setting. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Wifi was fast and reliable. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful experience

The cabin is lovely and equipped with all the amenities you need to stay in and relax if you feel like it, and its also very close to a lot of good skiing places and only 2-3hrs from rocky mountain national park as well.

Solid Cabin

Overall, the cabin, location, and stay was lovely. Nine of us stayed at this location and had plenty of room to feel comfortable. Only a few minute drive to Breck town and the slopes. I would recommend staying if you do not mind the commute. The only con that I would report are the comfort-ability of the bed and pillows. A lot of us tossed and turned throughout the night and reported hard beds and flat pillows. But with that minor complaint, we all really enjoyed the stay and would come back again if we ever found ourselves in Breck.

Amazing Trip

First i'd like to start off by saying Scott the owner is very accommodating and he went above and beyond to assure our trip was everything we hoped it would be. Secondly the Cabin is a beautiful winter wonderland. The cabin is very comforting and in a great location just outside of downtown Breck but close enough for a less than 10 minute drive. There is a free bus right down the street that can take you to town. We saw Moose two different days walking down our road right outside the cabin. We used the Hot tub often and it worked perfect. There were a few sleds in the garage that we used to slide down the hill on the side of the cabin. There was plenty of room for our group and everybody had an amazing time. On the main floor there was a big table we all played cards against humanity on and it was a blast. This was one of those rare trips where everything went exactly according to plan and how it was supposed to go and I can thank Scott and the property managers for that. This was our best Ski Trip so far. We will be back!

Beautiful!

This home was perfect for 2 families, the home had anything and everything we needed. It was super clean upon arrival, hot tub felt great after long days of skiing, super close to town however outside of town to give you that country feeling! We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to all!

Family and Hunting Vacation

Such an amazing cabin. Wife, 2 kids and I went to Breckenridge for a family vacation (and a little elk hunting for myself). This property was in the perfect spot for us; close to town yet nice and secluded. Its also really close to some great trail heads which made adventuring easy. Everything inside was perfect, big kitchen with everything you need, awesome living space downstairs and great bedrooms with a killer master bathroom. The hot tub was a great bonus at this house and the collection of board games available from the owner has no rival. The deck provided a really great spot to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery and colors (we stayed during peak fall foliage season). Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us.
