Host communicated well. Nice neighborhood. Big room with everything we needed. Our only concerns were hard mattresses and it was very cold. Maybe memory foam toppers and a space heater?

The place was everything depicted and claimed to be. It also had great amenities and was a very cozy stay. The unit was extremely clean and hosts super hospitable. Definitely recommend for anyone planning a visit to San Bruno.

This listing is titled incorrectly. I found it to be misleading. It should say "1-bedroom, private entrance" - Not a 1bedroom house. I think that's a different thing all together. This is an attached room with a private entrance. You can hear the host family moving about, and even using the bathroom at night.Those things are not issues per se, but the listing is misleading.

Peaceful quiet neighborhood

The room was as advertised; modern, clean and with all the basic amenities. I was surprised how quiet it was considering the vicinity to the airport. I liked the fenced in space so our dog had some free space to move around. We had all necessary privacy. It is a residential neighborhood and we prefer over staying in a hotel

This was the perfect place to stay near the airport. Easily accessible, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. TV was available, small kitchen area, clean towels. Definitely would recommend!

Efficient Room

The room was clean, quiet, and quaint — just as described, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles. I did experience some confusion upon arrival. Directions were given but there were 2 gates near the property, and because of the angle I approached from, I wasn’t immediately sure which entrance to use. A small sign by the correct gate or clearer entry markers would be helpful, especially for guests unfamiliar with the area.Due to a code error, the owner had to come out to assist. While I appreciate the help, I want to note this is likely just a reflection of the two different emails sent maybe by default. I would make sure to check with the owner on which code to use if you receive 2 emails. Though the room was efficient, I found the lighting a little dim. A little more lighting, or an additional lamp would have been excellent. Overall, the room served its purpose — it was quiet, clean, and affordable, which I appreciated. Thank you to the host for providing a safe, quiet space.

I needed a place just for myself, close to the airport, for an early flight. This was the perfect place. It was very clean and had everything I needed. It was easy to find and exactly as described. I would start again!

Close enough to walk; Removed enough to be peaceful

My partner and I stayed here the two nights before I rode the AIDS/LifeCycle. It's an easy 15-20-minute drive to the Cow Palace, so I highly recommend if you're down in the bay area for an event there! San Bruno & Daly City are kinda low-key gems, and we found a ton of great food close-by. It's also close enough to Millbrae to catch BART to the city. I will say that VRBO's confirmation email gave me what I'm assuming was an old door code, so go off of what the host sends you personally in your pre-stay correspondence. Place was comfy, clean, has a lovely shower, and they have all the streaming services, so we didn't even have to hook up my laptop. Overall, would totally stay again, and this spot is getting bookmarked!

Wonderful stay!

This home is located near El Camino Real. There is plenty of street parking and nearby restaurants. I did not experience ridiculously congested roads in the morning on a weekday.
