Great home, location and outdoor area! The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and has a nice layout for guests. The screened in pool area is very large and where we spent the most of our time. The pool itself is very large and clean. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks - there are plenty! Along with life vests and accessories. We stayed here and rented a boat nearby for scalloping. The location is perfect for easy entry/exit to the channel/gulf. No issues at all!

Graduation celebration.

A beautiful place to stay with lots of room for several family members. Very clean home close to many stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful view and screened in pool. Numerous seats around the pool. We highly recommend this house and if in the area again wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Mary is a wonderful host who gets back to you very promptly.

Great location. Safe neighborhood. Awesome views of the waterway. Easy access to the gulf of America. The property manager was easy to work with and responded quickly to any messages. I will stay here again.

Family Get Together

This house has plenty of space and plenty of bedrooms. The backyard area is very spacious and has many chairs for getting together. The best part is the view on the channel and the amount of water frontage they have. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within 5 or 10 minutes. My parents live close by so this was the perfect spot to visit and hang out. Communication with the owner and check in and out was great and easy. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back next time we are down in Florida.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I chose Hernando Beach 44 years ago to raise my children. I love the warm weather and beautiful sunsets. there is so much to do, boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming, watching the dolphins and the manatees. A wonderful place to live and to vacation.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is a spacious home with water visible in 3 directions and
direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping, scalloping and fishing Charter boats, rental boats, dinner cruising and party boats available in Hernando Beach.

The Weeki Watchee Preserve is close by. You can bicycle, bird watch, fish, and walking trails. there is a church close by.
