We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short uber drive to King street. The property was well maintained and one of the most well stocked rentals I have been in. Jessica was amazing and attentive.

The house was very clean and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. We worked from the home for 2 days and the WiFi was great. The backyard was nice and big for our Great Dane pup. Jessica returned texts timely and even left snacks for our arrival which was much needed after our long drive. You can tell she cares about her renters. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. If I had one complaint it would be that we couldn't stay longer!

From the time of booking through checkout, Jessica was absolutely wonderful and attentive. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.We had read a few reviews mentioning that the area could feel a little sketchy, but we stayed for four nights and never once felt unsafe. The house itself is cute, comfortable, and full of character. You can really feel the love and care that went into fixing it up and making it feel welcoming.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

Great home! Had everything we needed and more. Clean, comfortable, and a nice fenced yard for the dog. About a 20 minute drive to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised and communication with the owner was great. It was conveniently located to the Charleston Market, Tanger Outlets, and then a short trip to the Isle of Palms.

To start Jess was an excellent host. Very attentive to any concerns or questions we had. The house inside was very clean and she had supplies for us to use like toiletries and kitchen supplies. The bed was extremely comfortable and the backyard for the pups was a good size and mostly shaded all day, which mattered being extremely hot during our stay. Tavern / restaurants that are within 5 to 10 minutes were awesome. If you want to be outside of the hectic downtown but only 15 minutes away we would recommend this house

Everything was perfect. The house is super cute and clean. The property is well kept and neat. It is nice and quiet all the time and that makes it a great place to come back to after a long day out. Perfect for our little pup with a big fenced back yard. I just can’t say enough good things about this place and you’ll never find a better host to rent from! Jessica and Cody are fantastic and so very helpful and accommodating. There was a minor issue that needed fixing and Cody was there the next day to take care of it. Great people and i highly recommend them! There’s no doubt when we’re back in Charleston we’ll be staying with them again. Thanks guys!!

Loved the house. The dog loved the big back yard. Everything about the property was great. Jessica even came by to help with the TV. The only thing that wasn’t great was the neighborhood. It was somewhat rundown.
