Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2 full bathroom home located in the heart of Chanhassen, MN. Our home is nestled in a peaceful and private residential neighborhood, offering the perfect blend of comfort & convenience!
☆☆LIVING AREAS☆☆
The living room features soaring ceilings and plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is lots of room for up to 10 guests and serves as an ideal gathering spot with the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen.
Enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen featuring an induction stove and range. The kitchen has beautiful, low maintenance concrete countertops. There's seating for up to 10 at the large dining table and 3 additional counter heigh stools at the kitchen island.
☆☆BEDS AND BATHS☆☆
The main floor has two comfortable bedrooms, one king with a very large walk-in closet and one queen with a nice sized closet. The lower level has two more private bedrooms, one queen and one with two twin beds.All bedrooms have high-quality linens, extra pillows, extra blankets, ceiling fans, lamps with charge stations and noise machines for your comfort. An additional queen blow up bed and full-size futon is available upon your request!
There is a spacious full bathroom on the main level with large vanity complete with double sinks, a whirlpool bathtub and all of your bathroom amenity needs. The lower level full bathroom has heated tile floors, heat lamp, double shower heads and all of your bathroom amenity needs.
☆☆OUTDOOR☆☆
A fully fenced private backyard shaded by mature trees is ideal for kids and pets to play safely. The large deck, complete with a grill and seating for up to 10, is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Enjoy lively conversations around the fire pit in the comfortable Adirondack chairs (wood provided October -April).
☆☆PET FRIENDLY☆☆
One dog under 75 lbs is welcome to stay and enjoy the space. A large kennel is provided in the laundry room, dog waste bags, special towels to wipe their paws and a designated "pet relief" station is located to the right of the front entryway of the property.
**Please note** Guests will be required to sign house rules including NO dog left alone in the home - must be kenneled while not at the property.
☆☆ADDITIONAL SPACES☆☆
You'll find a washer and dryer conveniently located in the lower level. Complimentary detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience should you need to do any laundry during your stay.
☆☆ACCESSIBILITY☆☆
To reach the main level of the home, you'll need to walk up 8 steps. To reach the lower level of the home, you'll need to walk down 6 steps.
☆☆HOUSE RULES☆☆
Booking guest must be 24 years or older
No parties of any kind are allowed.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
No candles of any kind.
No self tanners or spray tanning.
No dyeing of hair.
No self businesses.
No brought-in speakers, no tape on walls, no confetti, no balloons with confetti.
No glitter.
No slime or Play-Doh.
(1) Dog MUST be kenneled when guest is not at the property.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced (10pm - 7am CST).

This is a very private and safe neighborhood. Our home is located at the back of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the walking/bike path at the back of the property.
