This property is absolutely amazing!!! It is off the grid but still has all the amenities you’d ever need. A 4x4 is definitely a requirement as stated in the description. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some relaxation, peace and quiet. We hope to return in the near future!!!

The place is really nice and if you want a quiet, peaceful getaway this place fits the bill. The communication was outstanding- prompt and helpful. The only downside is the road leading to the property was a bit washed out in a couple of places. No big deal if you have a 4WD vehicle but definitely not suitable for a low clearance vehicle.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It was incredibly peaceful, cozy, and comforting, with everything described in the listing and more. The location is perfect for exploring Dahlonega while still offering the seclusion and tranquility we wanted. The road in is a bit rough as described, but the peaceful setting and privacy are absolutely worth it! Their communication was instant and polite. We would undoubtedly recommend this cabin and would love to stay again. A truly relaxing and memorable getaway!

The Saddle Tree was the perfect little get away for our family of 4. The upstairs loft was great for the kids and the master was spacious for my wife and I. The view of the Etowah from either swing (had to find the second one down a short walking path) was incredible. It was dry (no rain) when we visited, but I can see where 4x4 would be needed if it had rained. There is about a mile of gravel road where some has washed away making some ruts. Overall the stay was great with about a 10 minute drive to Dahlonega. We really enjoyed it!

The ONLY issue is the drive - it was daunting- even for someone accustomed to mountain roads, Some of the ruts were a foot deep. It made me avoid any short trips to town. The property was serene, and beautiful, The cabin was great, it has everything for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The only downside was the road getting there was a little rough, but once we arrived it was absolutely worth it. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

Exactly what we needed for a week to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of North Georgia. The cabin, while basic in layout, has everything you could desire. We loved opening the shades every morning to let light pour in. But we spent most of our time on the back deck enjoying the sights and sounds of the river. We can't wait to go back.

Very accurate description of property in your listing. Door entry keypad was a bit finicky at times. I have been on bad logging roads in woods that were better than the private drive to the location - in a couple of years will be necessary to access by tractor. However, we would definitely consider coming again.

property was great, in the beginning there was some confusion because of the rain and rainy season, so access to the property was considered limited, but ended up being extremely accessible with normal duty SUV vehicle

The home was beautiful and very-well maintained. Additionally, the creek running behind the house was so peaceful and relaxing. However, the driveway to the home was treacherous - deep holes and gullies. We had 4-wheel drive but it was still rough going. We appreciate a good dirt road, but ya'll may want to think about running a grader over it. We would love to stay again, but don't know if our vehicle's suspension could handle it!

This place is great, clean, everything that we needed very peaceful. My wife and I went for a close by event and loved the place we plan to go back to spend some more time visiting the area. I will say the road going in could use some improvement, we had no problems

The cabin was super cute and comfy, very clean. unfortunately it is not convenient it said it was 1 mile down a gravel road, it is 8 minutes down a horrible rutted pothole road, when they say 4 wheel Drive, trust me you need it. Way back deep in the woods, Outside on the porches were lots of spiders and spider webs all over porches so we weren't able to sit outside and enjoy the creek, it is lit up and night so that was a plus, for some this may be perfect but for us a no. Overall a okay experience. I’m sure in the fall its beautiful outside, downfall is just getting to it, but lots of wildlife to see
