All responses from the host seemed robotic, kept referring to emails that we never received until moments before check in, could have been because we booked through VRBO. When we entered the room we were shocked to feel how incredibly Hot it was in the unit. The back sliding door was left open, with the curtain covering the open portion of the door allowing the outside air to heat the unit. Bunk beds had sand in sheets so our kids slept over the cover. The Master bedroom had someone’s left over hair ties, clothing tags…which made us question how clean the place was. Kitchen sink had a terrible fishy smell coming from it. Location was great, cost was great, but cleanliness lacked.

Very lovely place!

Really enjoyed everything about the place, except the expectations for “tidying up” before leaving the property. If I have to clean the place before leaving, then don’t charge me 150 to have the place cleaned.

I thought this place was great and the room was clean and decorated Beautifully! it had everything we needed and it was great beach view but I was disappointed that we couldn’t see the sunset from the balcony which was from the new TOOTSIE club being built, other than that amazing! We saw dolphins every day from balcony and beach! The water was extremely perfect and clear! The weather was perfect for our vacation we couldn’t have asked for better! I will definitely return and refer you to my friends and family! thank you so much! K and Family from Indiana

The staff was so friendly and the room absolutely amazing! They have anything and everything you need even down to small things like board games for nights after crab hunting. The owner thought of everything from kitchen appliances to having games for the kids to play each night. The condo staff was always polite and courteous. A beautiful week at a beautiful place. We cannot wait to book this condo again!

Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great.However, if you plan to enjoy time on the balcony, be prepared for constant noise: hammering, sawing, and construction equipment beeping throughout the day. It made it impossible to relax.While I understand this isn’t the management company’s fault directly, it’s the kind of situation that should absolutely be disclosed in advance, especially when guests are paying premium rates.When I raised the concern via email, the response from the management company was dismissive and unhelpful.

Great spot for family of 4. There’s room for two more. The pools were very clean and nice just to relax. Great beach service and beach area was very clean. If you’re looking for a cheap getaway this is your spot. The summit overall is perfect. Close to everything from fine dining to letting loose on a dance floor. The rooms are sound proof you can’t hear anything that’s going on outside. And we were four doors close to Tootsies and couldn’t hear anything. The only thing I would suggest for the hosts would be to replace the tv in the living room it’s showing its age with a dark dominant blue screen. And maybe some smaller bowls for like ice cream.

Clean condo, chair service was great! Property has everything you need, but I did bring my own hair dryer. There was scaffolding in front of our balcony but it didn't impact beach views, however the new Tootsies sticks out just far enough on the beach end that it blocks the sunset views. Overall this is a great condo at the Summit and I love the ease of the second floor access. Would 100% stay here again.
