Stor plats på en lugn gata i en vacker omgivning. Helt ombyggda i september 2012 med allt nytt med nya rostfria vitvaror, nya möbler och nya minne skum sängar. Professionellt och smakfullt inredda, med stor omsorg om detaljerna ges hela. Fullt utrustad med allt du behöver för en underbar vistelse. Stor öppen planlösning; Sovrum och master bad är på ena sidan med två andra sovrum och badrum på andra. Takfläktar i alla rum. Professionellt anlagda poolområde med södra exponering. Den stora hörntomt har ett överflöd av vackra tropiska växter. Stor skärmad Lanai med gott om utemöbler för poolen måltider och avkoppling. Pool och gården hålls av proffs varje vecka. Stränderna är bara några minuter bort. Andra attraktioner inkluderar museer, naturguidning, Edison och Ford Winter hem och våren träningsläger för Major League Baseball lag som Boston Red Sox och Minnesota Twins.

Great (Sorta) hidden little gem.

Can't say enough good things.House was immaculate, complete, refreshed and convenient.We had a bit of bad luck with the weather being pretty chilly (for FL), but house was very comfortable.Pool was cool (temp), but as everything else, super clean and fun.House decor is light and fun, it's located close enough to get to stuff quickly, but far enough out that any hustle, bustle is left behind.Finally, hosts were great and available for any questions.Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

This was our second time staying at this house. The house is very clean and in a nice location near everything. The host was always available when we had questions. I highly recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for our stay.

We had such an enjoyable stay at this house. It was the perfect size and had all of the amenities of home. The pool and patio were perfect. We also found that the location was excellent. We hope to book this property on another visit to Cape Coral.

In the middle of all the places you want to go. Exactly as described. Close to Target and good places to eat. Bonus amenities, beach chairs, umbrella,cooler fishing poles. Top notch host.

Perfect location

We had a great visit. Perfectly located for travel to Ft Myer and Sanibel. Really good restaurants nearby. House was spotless and pool was much loved and used. Would rebook!

Nice Stay

The house was clean and in a good location. We appreciated the host allowing us to check in a little early. The house met out needs for our week stay. The pool was nicely heated. The outside area was nice, but could use some additional lighting for use later in the evening.

Christmas vacation

The property was amazing, clean, organized with anything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. Loved the pool, property was close to restaurants and beaches. We will definitely revisit in the future.

Our favorite vrbo house by far!

Tom and Cyndi were great hosts, very friendly and the house/pool just felt like home, not too big, not too small.. we were bummed we had to leave but will 100% be back ! Great quiet area just minutes from anything you would need, can’t say enough nice things about this -lace and it’s owners!

Very relaxing!

Basically spent Labor Day weekend lounging by the pool, enjoying take out and resting up. Communication with the owner was quick and easy! Very neat and tidy place with bedrooms for each kid and plenty of space to spread out and relax, definitely enjoyed our stay!
