Pine Trails-anläggningen ligger på 700+ tunnland privat skog inklusive 2 privata sjöar med 40 tunnland - med en kort stig till en privat brygga som endast används av Pine Trail-gäster. Gästerna kanot och kajaker för deras användning. Det finns 11+ miles av trädbevuxna stigar som vindar genom skogen, runt sjön och genom våtmarker. Den öppna gården är omgiven av mogna träd och har över 2 tunnland öppen plats för gårdsspel och stora familjesammanträden. En mängd olika gårdsspel, 3 TV-apparater med stor skärm, DVD-spelare (och över 200 DVD-skivor för gästanvändning) och brädspel finns för gästerna.

Sovplats: Det finns fyra standardrum och ett extra TV-rum på övre nivå med drottning futon som kan användas som ett sovrum.
Sovrum: På övre plan med king size-säng, skinn lounge stol och separat drottning futon. Stora garderober och byrå tillhandahålls. Luftkonditionering och uppvärmning i sovrumsnivå, förutom central luft.
Ungdomsrum: Bredvid Mästaren, ett björntema sovrum med stor klädkammare, våningssängar (full säng på botten, tvilling på toppen), och ytterligare full storlek säng. Ljudisolerade fönster öppnas till lägre nivå.
Övre sovrum: Stort öppet sovrum med dubbelsäng, lädersalong och drottning futon för extra sömn.
TV-lounge: Ligger utanför sovrummet, Queen futon, Rocker Recliner och storbilds-TV. Detta rum har en separat dörr och kan användas som en extra sovplats.
Sovrum på huvudnivå: Queen size-säng, byrå, skrivbord och gott om garderobsutrymme.

Kök och matsal: Stort, öppet fullt utrustat kök med porslin, grytor och stekpannor, bakutrustning och diskmaskin. 14 fot solid cederträ matbord med bänkar.

Vardagsrum: Stort öppet vardagsrum med 2 soffor i full storlek och 2 soffor med stor soffa och smart TV med stor skärm.

Badrum: Ett badrum med badkar och dusch och ett 3/4 badrum med dusch.

Tvätt: Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns tillgängliga för gäster.

GAMEROOM: Den lägre nivån på Pine Trails har ett fullt spelrum för gästbruk. Detta spelrum är tillgängligt från Pine Trails bostadsyta och har också en separat ingång på tangentbordet. GREAT HOUSE FOR HUGE GROUP

Second time back to this beautiful house for our annual deer hunting trip. House is in a great location and has everything needed for our group of 12. Highly recommend!

Family get away.

Very comfortable surroundings the kids loved the golf cart and trails. We also enjoyed the kayaks and canoe and going out to the floating raft. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Huge home with everything you need

Love the enormous kitchen table. Had a puzzle going on one end and still plenty of room to eat. Massage chair got allot of use. Game room downstairs was allot of fun. Took many walks on the trails.

Another Great Stay!

Our friend group has stayed here the last 3 years. We talk about this trip all year long and cannot wait for it to arrive! The house and the property have so much to offer with the lake, fire pit, hot tub, game room, trails, and the giant dining table. We absolutely love this house and the town of Bruce!

Quick Get Away

Our family had a great time in Bruce. The property was clean and warm and welcoming. Plenty of room for family and teen boys! The game room was a hit and we also liked the massage chair.

Great place

Everyone from 3 years old up to 67 had a great time relaxing at the house and enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing in the lake. We would highly recommend staying here. Plenty of room for large gatherings and lots to do in the basement too.

Second time at this location

This is our second time staying at this property. Our favorite things: huge dining table, 7 person hot tub, massage chair, lots of space (great if you need a little alone time), game room down stairs, fire pit, great hiking trails. Planning to return again next year.

Family getaway fun

The basement game room was a big hit with our family as well as riding around on the golf carts exploring the property. The big table in the enormous kitchen space was perfect for playing group games and allowing for us to eat together family style. Other favorites were the massage chair and the screen porch. It was so pleasant to listen to the birds, feel the breeze and watch deer grazing in the distance from the porch. Great place!

Family vacation 2023

We enjoyed all the amenities of the property. We had lots of golf cart rides and played yard games. The hot tub was great. The house was very spacious since there were 16 of us and there was plenty of room. Everyone enjoy the game room and big screen TV. The screened in porch was great. We had plenty of area for visiting and relaxing! The only downside was the lake and the mosquitoes. There was a nice beach and park in Ladysmith which is a short drive away.

Chilly Family Fun

My family and our goldendoodle had a blast! Though Winter Storm Elliot delayed our arrival and kept us mostly indoors we had a wonderful Christmas at this property. The cabin had ample sleeping space for 7 adults (2 couples, 3 singles) and our dog. The kitchen was spacious and handled our cooking needs. The hot tub gave us a chance to recharge and relax, despite the teeth chattering cold air around us! The hosts and caretakers were awesome communicators and made our trip easy, accommodating several special requests we had.

Pine Trails

The game room in the basement was the highlight of the stay for everyone! We had pool tournaments, played foosball, chess, darts and other games! There’s even a huge tv. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs bathroom has a shower only and the downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower, but both bathrooms are big with plenty of storage and towels. We didn’t use the fire pit but it looked really nice with a grate for cooking on.

Lacked cleanliness and property information

The kitchen dishes were not clean and we had to clean dishes and small appliances before use . Shower curtains had mildew. No instructions for dishwasher that was complicated. Caretakers who checked us in did not give instructions about how to run the air conditioning system and we had to have calls with the owner. Written instructions would have helped. The screen porch was dirty. Frig had to be wiped out to use. Home was outdated and needed repair. We did appreciate all the beds for a large group and the hot tub was great!

Woodsy family get-away

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. I selected the property because I hoped my adult children from the Twin Cities could join for a day or two, even though they are short of formal vacations days. It happened to rain much of time (one day) they could spend, but we loved playing cards at the big table, sitting on the porch during a thunderstorm, playing the games in the game room and using the massage chair and hot tub. Appliances and furniture, including beds all high quality; all the games were in great working order. Later in the week, we played some golf and found a segment of the Ice Age Trail to hike. Also walked on the trails of the property every day and canoed around the lake one morning. Needed plenty of bug repellant to enjoy the woods and the golf, but that was no surprise. It was just what we were hoping for.

Our first time stay.

We really enjoyed the golf cart, the trails, the large open area, fire pit, hot tub, massage chair, the game room, large dining table, screened in porch, and all the rooms, the Wi-fi. And the caretaker was great! Negatives were that there are only 2 bathrooms (we had 10 people, and it can sleep 16), the several areas of the yard that are constantly wet and muddy from hoses pumping water from the house basement area?, the basement floor seemed damp or moist and there were no rugs down as shown in the pictures, the refrigerator interior had to be cleaned before we could put food into it, kitchen items inventory needs to be checked (there was only one dish cloth and one dish towel and no dishwasher soap and minimal bathroom soap), the lake is not very close at all, and you can't swim at all in the water next to the dock. No pontoon use was possible, and we ended up going to Cameron, a half hour away, to rent a pontoon for a day on a lake there. There are so many things that we really liked, but several important things that aren't available. Overall, we're glad we went. Undecided for next year.

Great Time!

We used this property as a college friend reunion. It had all the space and everything we could need! The hot tub and the golf cart were an awesome bonus. We had a great time using the water crafts and swimming around the platform in the lake. We absolutely fell in love with the town of Bruce and can’t wait to come back!

Great location for a big group

Huge house with lots to do. We used the big kitchen to cook big group meals. The game room and hot tub were fan favorites. We will be back next year!

Perfect relaxing getaway!

This property was perfect for our group! We made use of the canoe and kayak. The trails were great fun for the golf cart we brought along as well as for hiking. Spent evenings relaxing around fire pit and in brand new seven person hot tub!! Game room downstairs was great fun and the TV perfect for football and you tube yoga. Huge, well stocked kitchen and large dining table. Massage chair got a lot of use. Place was nice and clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

Great Property

This is a great property for large groups. Lots of room, and activities to do on the property. We rented this place for our annual grouse hunting trip. You can't hunt on the property, but there are plenty of places to go around the property. I highly recommend this property.

Nice place

It was nicer than listed in many ways: the kitchen was really nice, the bathrooms were really big, huge closets, and a basketball hoop by the driveway. It also has a nice open space on the main level. Really has about 4 bedrooms and an extra living area with a TV that has a photon in it. This place is cool because it has lots of big spaces to hang out in, but also has plenty of nooks and crannies to find some personal space. Lots of nice trails, a super nice game room (although the pool table was not level, we stuck some cardboard under to get it a little better), and a really neat screened in porch. I would recommend this place for sure.
