Great place to stay

Perfect home for a family vacation!

Great house overall. Great location. Pretty views. Hiking trail nearby. And super for a family with a pool, hot tub, and pool table. Our son and daughter and their families loved it. Our 10 had plenty of room to spread out with two more beds we did not need. If we ever come back to Lake Tahoe, we will definitely stay here again!

Felt like home

The house was amazing. It was clean and had plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The large home felt cozy and the location was great for skiing. The property manager was excellent to communicate with. I would 100% recommend this property.

Communication with owner was flawless, before, during and after our stay. I would email owner and received a response to my questions very soon after. When we needed supplies the property manager responded soon after. Our family enjoyed every day at the property. The pictures don't do the house justice, it was beyond expectations!

Amazing place

Really great property in South Lake Tahoe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Really close to Heavenly and it snowed while we were there and the kids loved playing in the snow and sledding outside of the house. We hope to come again.

Perfect location and everything you could ask for!

Wonderful property

A perfect place for a cozy weekend with family. The location is great (very close to Heavenly shops) but we had everything we needed and never needed to leave. The communication with the hosts was very clear. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for making family memories.

Love Lake Tahoe

Four friends who had not seen each other since high school over 50 years ago got together to reminisce and make new memories. We picked the perfect property very close to everything, but quiet and beautiful. This property has everything you could possibly want and it was as advertised

Great house for multiple families

We rented this house over Thanksgiving week and it was a great layout for our two families and grandma. Plenty of room options and great amenities. The WiFi went out while we were there and the owner found a tech guy to come the day before Thanksgiving to fix it. A couple things didn’t work great (sauna, fireplace) but overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to an easy hiking area with great views and a quick drive to town.

Perfect getaway for our family!

Just returned from an amazing week in Tahoe. The house was as great as described! We are a big family and our adult kids loved it. From the daily hot tub and indoor pool fun to watching movies in the theater room we couldn’t have had a more perfect fit. Great Base for a Summer Stay at Lake Tahoe

Our family of 10 stayed at the home, which was a perfect set up for us. The living room, kitchen, nook and pool table area are in an open setting, giving a sense of connectedness but large enough that no one ever felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were also a fun feature. The location was near some great hiking (Powerline trail) and a close drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants, Heavenly village, the gondola, etc. Highly recommend John and Sylvia for being super helpful, responsive hosts.

Great location!

John & Sylvia we’re great hosts and very accommodating to our family and additional requests. The location is great in that it is a very short drive to all the action of South Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed our stay. The only minor drawback was that the downstairs did not have air conditioning while the upstairs did. Needless to say, it was nice to hang out & sleep upstairs. Other than that, we had a great time!

Thanksgiving weekend in Tahoe 2023

It was a lst minute change of plans. We rented this house so we could be close to my Fiances parents house for Thanksgiving. It was a bit overkill since it was just us and our 2 teenagers, plus my daughters BF. The location is great. Literally at the top of ski run BLVD like 500 feet from the Heavenly Parking lot. The house was very well equipped The indoor pool was pretty amazing The pool table was a hit with the kids The theater was really nice Lots of appliances and towels and amenities

Great location & amenities

Overall the property was exactly as I expected. It’s a bit tired/worn , which you can see from the pictures. However the location is fantastic if you are planning to ski Heavenly. The pool and movie theater are nice to have to keep everyone entertained. Note that the bunk beds are very small and unstable. We were informed not to put anyone other than a very small toddler in them, which even that I was not comfortable doing. No issue for us though as we still had enough space.

Ridiculously fun house!

My husband and I, our adult kids and our infant grandchild all came from different states, and reunited for a wonderful week. We all enjoyed the pool (baby’s first swim!), sauna and hot tub, which was great for our chilly week! The house is large enough to all hang out, cook together, and play cards (loved the HUGE lazy susan!) Comfy beds, lots of TVs but even better, the media room, and 2 sets of washers & dryers! Location could not be better; minutes away from the busy casino area, the lakefront, shopping and restaurants, while also in a woodsy area close to trails. The owners and their host could not have been more helpful and responsive, and although the house is a bit old/tired, it just added to the sense of coziness. Kids all hope to return in the winter someday!

South Lake Tahoe Gem

We had a wonderful experience, and plan on booking again on our next trip. Large kitchen, totally stocked. Heated indoor pool was awesome. The door to the pool room locked so I felt very safe with my toddler wandering around the house. Lots of fresh snow upon arrival, but everything was plowed, and easily accessible. LOVED the movie room with lounge chairs. Perfect way to unwind after a long day playing in the snow. The location is awesome! You can walk to the lake in like 20min. Safeway/stateline/Riva grill are all just a 5min drive. Book this spot! You'll be happy you did...

This is one-of-a-kind property where you will not find too many in the area. It has everything you need for family gathering with children, small business strategy session/reunions. It has great location close to ski resorts, beach and casinos. Build in 2007, the home has all the amenities to relax within.
