Kom och njut av vår strand vid stranden i hjärtat av Kill Devil Hills vid Avalon Pier. Ett bra hem för vattenälskare, fiskare, surfare och familjer.
Denna hyra har gott om utrymme för flera aktiviteter. Good Vibrations har stora öppna vardagsrum med fri utsikt över havet från vardagsrummet, köket och matsalen. På de sällsynta regniga dagarna kan du titta på en film med familjen och njut av panoramautsikt över stranden och havet. Ett angränsande andra vardagsrum har en extra futon och utrymme för att spela ett kortspel eller extra sittplatser för måltider.

Vi har central HVAC i huset och en separat HVAC-enhet för övervåningen.

På huvudnivå sovrummet erbjuder sekretess med två andra våningen sovrum njuta av direkt utsikt över havet. Vardagsrummet har en plattskärms-HDTV med HD-kabel. Varje sovrum har en plattskärms-tv med kabel. Höghastighets trådlöst internet är tillgängligt i hela huset och även på stranden ut framför. Vårt hem är rökfritt. En slang finns på havet däck för att tvätta dina fötter och en varm / kall utomhusdusch ligger på framsidan av huset.

Priserna är baserade på veckoslut från lördag till lördag. Om du inte köper reseförsäkring kommer du INTE att få tillbaka några pengar på grund av en obligatorisk evakuering.

Excellent Beach Rental

I have stayed in many different OBX rentals and this one was one of the best. We were quite impressed with the kitchen appointments (especially the stocked herb and spices, coffee filters and other amenities). Everything was very clean when we arrived, the views from the upstairs bedrooms were awesome. It was so nice to step off the deck onto the beach. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries before our trip! We are looking forward to staying here again.

Love this oceanfront home!

This home is clean, roomy, well-stocked, and is right on the ocean with its own path over the dunes to the beach. It has a lovely updated covered deck and is everything my family could want, with comfy beds and plenty of seating. The home itself is on a quiet, almost rustic-feeling residential street, and yet shopping and restaurants are within easy driving distance. This was our second stay at this home and we hope to return many times.

OBX Family Vacation

We had another wonderful stay at the Oceanfront Cottage. The homeowners made some more improvements since last year. Which look great! You can tell and feel they really care about keeping everything nice and clean. The location is wonderful! I love staying at this house. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Perfect beach getaway

The property had comfortable beds, plenty of seating for a family of four (could accommodate more) and a well-equipped kitchen. Loved being on the beach and convenient to grocery, restaurants, activity. Despite having terrible weather during our stay, we had a great trip.

Oceanfront Cottage

Property was exactly what I expected. Looked just like the pictures. Was clean and very well equipped. We had no issues so we did not need to reach out to property manager. We had 2 dogs with us so it was easy to clean up the sand without carpet on all floors. Beach access was easy

As the owner from 1986-2006, this house has been part of me for 40 yrs now. I have rented it every year since the sale and take a group of USNA fellow grads golfing. The house is and has always been the perfect location and been immaculately cared for by current owners.

We absolutely loved our stay at Good Vibrations. It was a perfect location on the beach. The house was clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was spacious and provided everything we needed when dining in. We appreciated having shops and restaurants in close proximity to the house. It all made for a special family vacation. Our Second Stay

This was our second stay and enjoyed it as much as we did in 2021! The location is perfect given the beach is steps off the deck so you can stay out for 20 minutes or all day with no fuss. The place is well-appointed and a 5-30 minute drive to all Outer Banks activities. Great for our family of four!

A Perfect Week

Fantastic beach house!

This home was perfect for our family beach vacation! The location is amazing with an easy walk to the beach, pier, and restaurants! House was so clean and the kitchen was wonderful, we did a crab boil one night and would definitely do it again. Tons of fun games, books, and puzzles - it rained several days but we hardly had the tv on. Definitley will be coming back to this house again!

Good Vibrations

We had another great stay at GV. The cottage was very clean and has a very homey feel. We saw a lot of dolphins this time and loved the sunrises. We did lose cable/internet on and off for a couple of days, but there are even DVDs for times like those. Great place!

Outstanding OBX Stay!

The Good Vibrations is a beautiful oceanfront house! It looked as in the photos. No problems with the property. The beach and ocean right outside the back door. The sunrises were gorgeous! I highly recommend without any reservations!

Awesome Place

We knew exactly what to expect based on listing, pictures and info provided. The house was clean and well cared for. This was the most well-appointed kitchen I’ve ever experienced with a rental. Had absolutely everything we needed. Ample towels. Great views. Couldn’t be any closer to the ocean without being in it. Anyone that had a negative comment just didn’t have realistic expectations for a beach front rental. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Valentine’s Week at the Outer Banks

We had a great time! Loved the house and the views. Well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy being there. Close to lots of activities. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we came back to this area! Couple of maintenance issues for owners: Upstairs king room with bunk bed - the bottom of the dresser is splitting at the drawer and will break soon if not repaired. Bathroom light downstairs is flickering like it’s burning out.

Exactly As Advertised

We stayed at this lovely property in early August and despite the fact that the weather didn’t cooperate, the property was a pleasure. Don’t let the rustic charm fool you, the property is immaculately kept and perfectly clean. I work in the hospitality business and have very high standards for cleanliness and I felt at home here. Sarah was extremely responsive, the kids enjoyed walking to the pier and using the arcade, we walked to dinner and coffee from this great location. I recommend taking a drive south along the coast for more restaurants if you haven’t been here before, but we also went to Duck for shopping and dinner at The Blue Point. Weather was disrupted by a hurricane, but we had access to lots of games and the family room was easily able to accommodate five of us for monopoly! I would absolutely stay here again if we come back to NC!

Family OBX vacation

Great house for our family of 5 and dog. The porch has a latched gate so our dog was safe with us when we were outside. Waves were great. Like Lake Michigan. Hard to kayak- great to surf. Kitchen well appointed. Great views from living room and kitchen. Master bed has no view- didn’t matter at all. Got up at 6am to see the sunrise each day. Overall great stay.

After all the kids went to college, My husband and I moved to the East Coast from Missouri. We have children in North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Colorado. We fell in love with the Outer Banks on our first trip down and haven't looked back since. It's our favorite place to go to unwind, catch up with friends and spend some time with the family.

After falling in love with the Outer Banks, we began the search for a second home in the area. The location of our beach cottage combined with the interior charm was the main reason we purchased it. With a lifeguard stand less than 100 yards away, it's the perfect location for families traveling with small children. We love to sit on the deck and watch the sunrise beside Avalon Pier. The extra parking at Hayman is great when we have friends and family over for BBQ's and beach days. We've worked hard to improve this property since we purchased it and have added many upgrades. We hope you love our beach cottage as much as we do.

With expansive ocean views from the living room, you can enjoy those rare rainy days at the beach and not even miss out on the spectacular ocean views. The dining room and kitchen also boast floor-to-ceiling views of the beach right outside. One of our favorite pastimes is to enjoy breakfast, watching the dolphins swim by.
