Lagniappe II är ett hus vid golfen som ligger ungefär 2. 6 miles väster om Hwy. 59 på West Beach Blvd. i Gulf Shores.

Inga college grupper - Observera att vi inte kan hyra till grupper under 25 år. Högst 14 vuxna. Hangout Festival-helgen finns en deposition på $ 1000 som kan återbetalas.

Detta Gulf Shores strandhem har två nivåer med en bottenvåning och erbjuder njutning utanför från ett mycket rymligt huvudnivå däck. Den andra nivån har också ett yttre däck som är täckt. Det finns vackra trägolv i hela det gemensamma utrymmet i detta hem med matta i sovrum.

Huvudnivån i Lagniappe II har ett vardagsrum med viken framför viken som sträcker sig över husets bredd, en matplats och ett stort fullt utrustat kök med kaklat tak för extra sittplatser. Det finns också en tvättstuga och ett halvt badrum på huvudnivån. Sovrummet på denna nivå ligger på den nordvästra sidan av hemmet och har en king size-säng med ett privat badrum.

Den andra nivån i Lagniappe II har ett gemensamt sittområde med tillgång till yttre däck; det finns fyra sovrum samt två fulla bad. Båda sovrummen i främre viken har vardera en king size-säng medan ett sovrum på nordsidan har två drottningar och det andra har två dubbelsängar. De nordvästra och sydvästra sovrummen delar ett gemensamt bad och de nordöstra och sydostliga sovrummen delar ett gemensamt bad. Lagniappe II är ett rökfritt hem.

Observera: Lagniappe II kräver en vistelse på minst 7 nätter från Memorial Day till mitten av augusti och hyr endast lördag till lördag under denna tid.

This is the perfect beach house! We had 8 adults and 6 children. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. The sand toys and chairs were awesome. We were steps from the beach with an awesome front balcony with plenty of chairs. The kitchen was well equiped for cooking meals at home. The under the counter ice maker was a hit! We loved it!!

Perfect winter getaway!

Visiting during Christmas 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a very enjoyable stay. The management company was communicative and prompt in correcting a couple of issues (beeping smoke alarm and WiFi not working upon arrival). House was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Property could use a more thorough cleaning as the dishwasher had an odor, some strands of hair were found in the bathrooms and bottle caps and dust mites were found under living room furniture. The towel supply was abundant, and the amenities provided in the bathrooms (shampoo, lotion, etc.) were appreciated. Overall, we would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Fun trip and nice house

Over all our trip was good. The house is nice and right on the beach, which we loved! It's not a fancy house but met our needs perfectly. We didn't have the beach chairs promised in the description, but chairs were fairly quickly delivered our first morning...brand new ones!! I would recommend this house. One disadvantage- no good covered porch area for reading, doing Bible study, etc. And no tables outside on the main deck.

Perfect Family Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this house in late June for a family reunion. It was perfect! Great communal space for all the families and kids to come together, but also big enough to allow some privacy when needed. The location doesn’t get much better. Right on the beach, makes it so easy to spend as much time on the beach as you want, and it was in just the right spot that the beach never felt overly crowded. Daily swimming, fishing, shell searching and night strolls. We have done this type of trip before, and I was very impressed with the accommodations in the house. High quality cookware made cooking big family meals super easy. Would definitely recommend!

Great location but house needs some work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The beach access was wonderful and super close. The house has a fenced in area downstairs for pets / children which was very helpful. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of all furniture and cookware. Towels were all stained and very cheap sheets. One couch was an outdoor couch, the other was stained. Every surface needs to be deep cleaned. All vents were surrounded by water damage and mold. The countertops are overdue to be sealed. Many places needed to be painted. The cookware is past its prime and were impossible to keep from sticking / burning. When we arrived the cleaning crew had a broken chair at the garbage. Turned out we were missing that chair at dining table. The house is very spacious and for that I was thankful. The revenue made off of a house that rents for over $9000 a week needs to be better. Super disappointed in upkeep of the property.

Exceeded Expectations!

Reviewer Comments: Lagniappe II exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items (minus sauté pan). There were PLENTY of towels and blankets. The beds were very comfortable! AC was cold as could be (even upstairs). They have plenty of beach items and toys stored away for use which was a nice bonus. Very convenient to restaurants and groceries. No complaints!

The kitchen is very well equipped and organized. The beds were very comfortable. We will return to this house next February. The location is perfect for off season rentals when the beach isn’t full of summer tourists. The rental agency is very quick to respond to any questions, and I love that this is a locally owned business. I highly recommend this property and Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals.

Family Togetherness

My family has suffered great losses this past year. My children and I lost my mother and father (their only grandparents). We also lost my husband ( their father). This is our first holiday without my husband so we thought we would start a new family tradition. We were able to visit with some nearby family members as well. It was a wonderful trip filled with food, fun , family , friends , beautiful sunshine and the beach!! We loved it!! It is our happy place.

We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi (we had two college students with us taking summer classes so internet was necessary) and the issue was resolved right away. The house could use a deep cleaning but overall it was good. The beds were comfortable. The ice maker was a game changer, loved it!

Great vacation home.

Great communication from hosts leading up to and during our stay. Ice maker was broken, but someone was by within 15 minutes with bags of ice for us. We had our own, but there was lots of great beach gear to use. Good distance on both sides from public beach access which made this spot less crowded. Very good kitchen layout with plenty of tools and dishes. If you cook most of your meals, bring ice chests for extra cold storage as the fridge is standard size and a little tight unless you make regular trips to the store- which is easy enough.

Just a few steps off the back deck and you are on the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee on either the front deck, the den couch or the ground level hanging swings -- all with the same amazing Gulf view. As a family, our favorite thing to do is to walk on the beach at sunset. Lagniappe II is the perfect spot for pure relaxation and fun!
