Välkommen till vackra Gulf Shores. Detta hem är på ett mycket speciellt stort parti, du kan se hela lagunen och bukten. Solnedgångar och soluppgångar är att ta det lugnt. Poolen är förhöjd till däck nivå. Detta hem har också en täckt veranda på alla sidor. Detta är ett stort hem och ligger på en våning, köket och vardagsrummet är 30X30 och kan sitta 14 personer vid måltiden. Sovrummen inkluderar en kung i master & två kung sovrum och en queen sovrum också finns en våningssäng rum med 2 singlar och en dubbel våningssäng på botten och singel i toppen finns det också två bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet om det behövs. Det här är ett välutrustat kök med två kylskåp med ismaskin samt en ismaskin, D / W, alla granitbänkskivor, hela köket och vardagsrummet har europeiska porslinstensgolv och matta i sovrummen. Det finns en stor lägenhet TV i vardagsrummet och en TV i alla rum samt DVD-spelare, ingår trådlöst internet. Också en aluminium båt.(Rökfria hem) (endast familjegrupper, inga studenter)

Perfect house

We loved the location and the layout of the house. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right off the deck. It was a perfect place to spend our vacation.

Great house

This location was very nice. The pool was just the right size for my 6 and 10 year old niece and nephew. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely visit again.

Sitting On The Dock

Great house. Five separate bedrooms with each having their own bathroom, plus one extra bathroom. Laundry room, ice maker, oven, grills, two refrigerators, everything you would need. We finished our second stay here and it was great. Clean, quiet and well stocked. I highly recommend this property.

great vacation

The property is as advertised, the pool and the pier are nice features. Plenty of room and a nice fully stocked kitchen. We made use of both the charcoal and gas bbq pits. No complaints, all positive, we had a great time.

Annual family beach vacation

This was the first time we had stayed in Gulf Shores, and we loved this house! The area was so quiet! Access to the beach was easy, and the pool was a great added feature! My boys loved to fish off the dock, too. The ice maker quit working during our stay, and the owner quickly sent someone to repair it. It was a great vacation!

Perfect stay for families

Great location, great layout, great amenities. Far enough from the hussle of downtown but close enough to run in for supplies if needed. We really enjoyed staying on the lagoon side as it gave us additional water fun and wildlife spotting. Kids caught a crab off the pier and we saw dolphins across the road in the gulf (close and easy access). The open concept layout is perfect for the whole family to get together and each bedroom having its own bathroom was great.

Great place for our family

It is a great lay-out for our 14 family members. Cocktail pool was enjoyed by all. Well stocked. With very few exceptions it is in fine condition. It had everything we needed and more. Beach access is a bit of a challenge, but we got there. Our group would like to return.

Great Stay

Home set up was perfect for our family. The kitchen felt like home with the all of the things we use in our own home....including a cajun feel. The dock is one of the nicest we've had access to at any of the properties we've been to. The only thing missing was a cover but there is plenty of cover on the back porch. The small pool was perfect for our little ones. This is an area that we have stayed in before and we really like the privacy and less crowded beach. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we'd hoped but overall a great week.

Very Good

Most everything was as described, (except for the swings). The location is great, and there was room for all my family. The (5) bedrooms are great for a big family, (the beds need some attention, mattress are getting a little worn. Everything is in working order, and the one issue with a toilet was taken care of with a call to Ms. Sonya, very quickly. A great place for a large family to stay and un-wind. Thanks to the owner for the good experience for our family to all be able to stay in one house. Would stay here again if we are able. Thanks again for letting us enjoy our get away.

Great Family Vacation Rental

Everything you need is right there. Very close to everything but far enough not to be in the craziness. Plenty of room for everyone not to be ontop of eachother. Beach is great and right across the street, it wasn't to crowded in our area at all. The Lagoon was perfect for kayaking, fishing, swimming and right out the back door. The pool is a little small for adults but the kids loved it and was a good alternative not to go to the beach everyday all day. Plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen, we didn't miss anything. We bought groceries for a week and was able to store and cook everything.

House for 13

The house accommodated us very well. There were a few issues which were taken care in a very timely manner. The ice machine was a hit as well as the amount of bathrooms. The wrap around porch with overhang and with pool was a hit with teens as well as the little ones. The open space kitchen/living area is great. We cook and eat together. My son had a great time with the crab pots. I would recommend this house for a nice vacation. The owners really try hard to please their guests.

First Time Gulf Shores Visit

Our entire family was able to go to Gulf Shores for the first time on a special family vacation. The rental experience with Sonya the owner was very good. She was always very prompt about answering our questions right away and was quick to resolve any concerns that we encountered. The property is beautiful and the covered porch overlooking the lagoon is fabulous. We were able to sit and relax and watch several sunsets over the lagoon. With five bedrooms and six bathrooms everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The house is also located a short drive away from the “busier” area of Gulf Shores which was nice. Sonya was very nice to work with on our first home rental.

Beautiful home perfect for large families

This home was the best rental we have had in the Gulf Shores area after several trips each year for the past 6 years. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all utensils, dishes and linens that you could possibly need. There was no need to pack any extras with us or make a trip to Wal-Mart to purchase the usual necessities to cook with for the week. The home has plenty of room for our individual families to break away and and have down time with out disturbing everyone else in the process. Mrs Sonya was amazing to work with and made sure we had no issues with the rental. The only down side is that we loved it so much that some of the adults cried when it was time to leave instead of just the kids!

The Dock was a great property

We had a party of 11 aging from 4 months to 89 years and we all had plenty of room. The bathroom with each room was amazing. We never ran out of hot water!! The ice maker was a great added bonus. We all enjoyed the kayak and the dock! They had everything well stocked. We didn’t need anything for the kitchen and loved the two fridges foe our large party. They also offered stiff for the baby, a pack and play high chair and Bumbe. The only negatives was the queen bed mattress was very uncomfortable you rolled into the middle and sunk, definitely needs a new mattress, the air temperature fluctuated in each room. Some were freezing and some were so hot you couldn’t hardly stand it at night. Mostly the queen bedroom and the master. There is no access to the beach across the street without going on private property and we were told the beach was private also. You have to go to the beach access and it is not in walking distance and the parking was always full. But we loved the bay and the pool and spent a lot of time at both instead of the beach. Overall I would give a great review of the property location and very spacious. Just need a few updates like mattress and the air conditioner.
