Great place, the ice machine was inoperable so we had to purchase ice. They did say they would offer 10 credit for purchasing ice but we discarded the receipt prior. The sheets were from an outside company so they were excellent, it was just hard to figure out the sizes without checking them all prior. It stated they were labeled/color coordinated but we couldn’t find anything on the white sheets indicating size. Minor issue. Definitely a lot of steps so if your with older folks who don’t want to walk opt out. That’s noted so it was no surprise. Great area, close to beach and restaurants. Clean and exactly like photos. There was sand left in a few of the extra blankets that the last guest must have taken to the beach or something. Otherwise a nice trip.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, nicely decorated, and just a short walk (2-3 minutes depending on traffic) to the beach. It included a linen package with bath towels and a washer/dryer which helped eliminate bringing more luggage. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

Not sure I would recommend this property. We felt like we had to walk on eggshells while we were there. The need to report everything wrong with the property within a few hours of check in was a bit unnecessary. Instead of relaxing after a long drive and late arrival we felt that we had to report all the issues with the property or we would be held responsible. Another surprise was that we had to make our own beds. There were clean linens in a bag in the living room that we had to sort through to find the right combination of sheets for each of the different sized beds. For the price we paid for the place we expected that the beds were at least made. Another set of specific rules for check out were required to be met or face fees. Dishes cleaned and put back in place, trash taken to dumpster, beds stripped and all dirty linens bagged for pick up. Again a lot of rules. We understand it’s not a hotel but seriously we’ve stayed in plenty of other VRBO properties and not had to do so much work.Leaving on a positive the property is in a good location and has recently been renovated compared to other units in the building.

Highly recommend this beautiful condo

Condo was in a great location it was close to the beach and restaurants that we like to frequent when we are in Ocean City. Condo kitchen was fully equipped and extremely clean. The only problem we had was we couldn’t watch television due to the Internet connection.
