Dessa lägenheter är 2 sovrum och 2 fulla bad. Enheten är havssidan, så det behövs inte korsa några gator för att nå stranden. Du är mindre än 50 meter från sanden. Hela enhetens golv består av trä, kakel eller marmor. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Du kommer att se utsikten från den privata balkongen framför och vardagsrummet är verkligen andetag, oavsett tid på dagen. Det finns två garanterade parkeringsplatser med enheten tillsammans med gratis gatuparkering precis framför enheten. Sängkläder, handdukar, personliga kuddar och alla pappersprodukter måste tillhandahållas av hyresgästen. Kostnaden är en klockformad kurva som toppar i juli och augusti. Jag accepterar hyror varje vecka eller månad endast under högsäsongen. Utanför juli eller augusti kan vi diskutera en kostnad per natt vistelse om så önskas. Rabatter tillämpas för flera veckor som hyrs. Jag ordnar städning. Tyvärr accepteras inga gymnasie- eller högskolepensionärer

Location was great. Inside is basic and serves its need. The only downfall was the condition of the place upon arrival. Prior guest left much sand on the floors and tubs. Cleaning didn't show up until AFTER we had arrived. They showed up 35 minutes later but it was too late. We had to clean up and was never compensated for our inconvenience. Overall the owner is responsive and we would rent again, but the place needs to be cleaned before check in.

Well-equipped unit had everything our family of five needed for a week at the beach. There was enough seating both inside and on the patio for everyone, as well as an abundance of dishes, utensils etc in the kitchen. The bedrooms & baths were cozy but offered lots of storage caibinets and plenty of space to hang things. And the owner is extremely responsive and helpful.

Close to the Beach!

Even though it's not OF, it's close enough with a view of beach access from the balcony. I liked the decor, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, lots of closet/dresser space, good location, & washer/dryer on premises. Kevin was very attentive to any needs/issues which is a VERY positive thing!! The only small negative was it could've been better cleaned(bathroom floors/rug--swept under beds/dressers) & the outside lights made it hard to sleep since the room wasn't darkened--only mini blinds, no curtains. BUT, for the most part it was clean and I know it's hard to get all the sand when you're at the beach!

A good home base for a beach vacation

This was a good place to stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a little further from the boardwalk than I expected. Unfortunately it rained for 2 of our 4 days there and I was not able to get the televisions to work as I didn’t have our Netflix login information.

Another Year and Another Great Vacation

We had a great time in Ocean City this past week and a big part of that had to do with the rental property we used. Kevin is great to work with and we have truly enjoyed our 7 years staying in his condo. We look forward to staying there for years to come!

Family weekend

It was the perfect location. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Quick walk to the beach. Quick drive to the boardwalk. Quick walk or drive to restaurants. Great parking. Kevin was helpful and responsive when needed. Perfect space for our family of 3 and the grandparents.

Golf Trip

The location and facilities were perfect for our golf trip. Easy drive to the courses and close enough to walk to nice restaurants. The condo was in great shape.

Great location, clean, budget friendly

Great space for families. Be prepared to bring your own soap, paper goods, linens and bedding. Amazing location for getting to/from the beach. Its the end condo unit so you can just make out the sun shining on the water and sand at the end of 36 St. I would stay here again.

Great Stay as Usual

We had an awesome time this past week! One major reason for that was the condition and location of our rental property. I have been working with Kevin since 2019 and he has been awesome! We are already looking forward to next year!

New favorite

This place is my family’s new favorite vacation condo. Host was very friendly and helpful with check in when I messaged him with an email issue I had because I didn’t receive the room number. But actually I did find the email with the attachment so it was an issue on my end. Location is perfect for us, the unit being an end unit is also a plus. We were there over senior week and had no problem with noise or any issues at all with any other people.

Great beach spot!

The property was well maintained and in great condition, overall. It was good to know ahead of time to bring all necessary bedding, and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, wash cloths, towels, linens etc). The location was fantastic, beach view from patio. A short drive to the boardwalk, or a long walk. short walk to Jolly Roger Amusement park on 30th.

Great condo, great location, and great owner. This is my go to place to stay in OC. I've stayed several times throughout the years. The condo is clean and Kevin (owner) communicates well and makes the process a breeze.

It’s everything you’ll need!

Great location, plenty of space, beds were comfortable, owner was available instantly for a few questions, the unit has every amenity of home. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient

Great place to stay. It had every we needed. Great location, very close to the beach. Only 1 flight of stairs, end unit (even had an elevator). Very quiet building with plenty of parking. It is exactly what you would want for a ocean city rental condo. I will definitely try to rent this unit again if for my next trip.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Ocean City has been in my family's blood since my mom started going as a child. I was in the sand at 6 weeks old and have never looked back. Our family vacations here every summer and the only things that stay the same are the sun, sand, and waves! I have so many memories I could l type for days. From Fisher's Popcorn to Polish Water Ice to the White Marlin Open.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

As mentioned above, this unit has many unique benefits. I have remodeled a lot of the unit to add my own touches which really liven the unit up. I can't say enough about the private front balcony that allows for the gorgeous views and the safety of sleeping with the air off and the door open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves hitting the beach at night. The location is also a huge benefit to this condo over others in the town of Ocean City. On a personal note, I enjoy jogging on early summer mornings down the ally ways until I reach the boardwalk. It is much better than running on Coastal Highway. The unit is also very spacious which allows for the whole extended family to come and stay and sleep on some air mattresses and the couch without being on top of each other. The removal of all carpets prevents the musty seashore smell within the condo as well as helps to keep the sand out. The street is a very quiet street with no hotels, only private condos, and even permanent residents.
