Welcome to our OCEAN FRONT villa located in Shipwatch on Kiawah Island!! Walk into the open kitchen/living room with cathedral ceilings and tons of natural light overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. Flat screen SMART tv's in the living room and both bedrooms. Guest room has two full size beds with a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. There is an on-suite full size bathroom. Owners Suite has KING BED, flat screen tv, two closets, full size bathroom, and a balcony with OCEAN VIEWS to enjoy the breezes!!
Shipwatch Villas are conveniently located in West Beach Village and within close biking or driving distance to Freshfields Village for your grocery needs, ice cream shop, boutique shopping, and dining! Please feel free to ask about the many activities available to you on the Island. I'm happy to help set up your perfect Kiawah getaway.
Downtown Charleston is less than 30 miles away.
No smoking and no pets allowed. This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI/internet, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, and detergents.
As a guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses â including The Ocean Course â the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly activities. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach).
