Spacious 4-bedroom waterfront home located on beautiful Roxbury Pond. Our cove offers a quiet sandy beach front perfect for the kids! Great place for swimming, fishing, boating as well as watching eagles, loons, cranes and moose from the screened front porch. The porch also provides for a relaxing morning breakfast, mid-day lunch and spectacular sunset views during dinner. For those looking for a Summer getaway, we are now available for bookings for the Summer 2025! Book early!
The sandy beach provides plenty of digging area as the shore leads to a gradually sloping swimming area. It's excellent for children. A short wade into the pond you will encounter the thrill that "Big Rock" has to offers. A fun full day of diving / jumping for both the young and young at heart!
Large yard, 2 full sized picnic tables. Gas grill. Fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, and clear, cold drinking water. Whatever you have in your home kitchen you'll find it here.
Pot/pans/bowls in a variety of sizes, including a large lobster pot. Cooking tools for both inside and out.
Bed linens, blankets, bath towels and kitchen towels included. Security deposit required. Boat/kayak/canoe rentals are available. Cable and Internet provided.

by Rumford and Mexico, you will find grocery stores, a meat market, pharmacy, laundromat and of course a Wal- mart! There are also vegetables and fruit stands featuring excellent local produce.
Close to Bethel and Rangeley recreational areas. Near to Sunday River Golf Course and the Bethel Inn Course, as well as local courses in Mexico and Farmington.
Visit scenic Height of the Land, Rangeley, Angel Falls, Coos Canyon, Devil's Den and the Appalachian Trail. Access to ATV Trails.
Story Land and Santa's Village just an 1.5 hr. drive. Shopping in N. Conway and LL Bean. It is also available nighty for a minimum of two nights. Please contact us for more details and rental fees.
