We had a wonderful stay at Miramar Beach. The condo was so clean and beautiful. The balcony and view of the beach was amazing. My son loved his bunk bed! Beach service was so convenient and the pool was the perfect size. The mattress in the bedroom was pretty worn out and needs replacing, so my husband and I opted to sleep on the pull out sofa and that worked out fine. I loved having a washer/dryer! Communication with the host was also great and check in and checkout was so easy. We would love to come back!!

We only had trouble with the refrigerator going out. Not exact the hosts fault, but the communication and situation could have been handled better. Overall I would stay there again. It was beautiful and relaxing. Beachfront and so convenient! Clean and beautiful place.

What an awesome trip to the beach! The room, view and beach access were amazing! The property manager communicated every step of the way to make sure we had what we needed to take all of the worries out of our visit. Highly recommend this room and property!

Such a perfect location for groceries, shopping, fresh seafood and of course many great restaurants close. The ease of getting to the beach is so great, and the view is beautiful. Third time staying at the Windancer but guarantee it wont be the last!

The Condo was spotless and the view was perfect!!!! The complex is small and quiet but very comfortable. No traffic congestion! Beach access is easy and private and convenient. Close to outlet shopping, retail shopping and restaurants. Second time staying at Windancer and top of my list for recommending to family and friends.

Great!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect for our family and the view was beautiful. Close to food and shopping, and the beach was only steps away and not overcrowded.

Communication and Check-In was easy. Really enjoyed our visit. Bathrooms on the main floor close to the beach was a plus. Love the area. Close to a few good restaurants, groceries, and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was wonderful, and the renovated condo had beautiful ocean and beach views from the kitchen and living room. Our contact person was very responsive and helpful, especially when Hurricane Isaias forced mandatory evacuations the day before checkout. They worked with us and refunded one night, which we truly appreciated!A few minor things could be improved. The bed was very soft, and we woke up hot several times, although a box fan was provided and helped. A hair dryer would be a nice addition, and the shower water pressure could be better.We were told beach chairs would be reserved for us, but on both visits, the attendant told us to choose open chairs and said he would tag them, which never happened. I contacted our representative, who responded quickly. Also, we returned from dinner one evening to find the patio furniture moved inside due to the hurricane forecast. We understood the need to secure it but would have appreciated being notified before someone entered the condo.Overall, these were minor issues compared to the great location, beautiful beach, and wonderful fall break with my husband. We appreciated the communication and flexibility during the hurricane and enjoyed our stay! I hope these suggestions help make an already great condo even better for future guests.

While we manage multiple units within the complex and sometimes need to coordinate property preparations ahead of changing weather, we should have done a better job communicating before entering the condo to secure the furniture. This condo is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week.The ocean view is beautiful, and it is a few steps to the beach.Also, the Windancer Condominiums are in a great location.

Wonderful area to stay

The traffic wasn’t bad at all with everything needed within 5 miles or less and the beach was not crowded at all. The room was good. It did look like the bedroom was facing the ocean but it faces the parking lot. Also I would recommend sleeping a floor higher if you are a light sleeper. You can hear those above you and some were louder than others. I would definitely stay here again. The room was decorated wonderfully and had plenty of space for us 3. Enjoyed the stay!

Incredible Stay. 5/5 Stars

This condo stay was one for the memory bank! We have been coming down here for years and it takes a lot to blow us away, but this unit was successful in that. The furniture and beds were soo comfortable. It is updated with state of the art TV's in all the rooms, including bunk bed tv's for the kids! (Huge plus). The management company was also fantastic! They reached out to us multiple times before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. The linens and pillows were some of the best we have slept in. We will surely be booking this unit for a summer stay as well. A nice bonus was the heated pool. 5/5 stars. I would recommend booking this unit over others hands down.
