Welcome to Commodore 705, a Gulf-front retreat on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. Steps from sugar-white sand, this location is within walking distance of local dining favorites and only minutes from marinas, golf courses, and St. Andrews State Park.

The resort offers a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit for cozy evenings. Direct beach access provides chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, or simply relaxing on the sand. Free beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella daily from March 1 to October 31.

Clean Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as pictured. Very spacious. Clean. The wifi had slow issues, but didn’t make or break our trip as we weren’t there for the TVs. We would rebook this space in an instant.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One minor check in problem upon arrival, the door code didn't work, it created a delay in getting into the room, but was resolved quickly.The unit is clean and as pictured. One suggestion to the property owner is to replace the washer and dryer with more efficient, updated appliances and a detailed cleaning of the washer is needed, The washer is moldy inside the gasket.

We enjoyed our stay and have always appreciated coming to The Commodore. The location is wonderful, and we truly enjoy staying here. I wanted to share a few suggestions that I hope will help improve the experience for future guests.The biggest issue we encountered was the washer. It was moldy, had a strong odor, and the door was very difficult to close. We tried to do a load of laundry four different times without success. Maintenance came out twice and even contacted a technician. We really appreciated how responsive they were and that they provided us with plenty of extra towels while the washer was out of service. I also noticed this washer was mentioned in reviews from 2025, so hopefully it’s something that can be addressed soon.The condo also had a slight musty smell, and the overall cleanliness could use a little more attention. We found a leftover toothbrush and comb in one of the bathrooms, which was likely just an oversight but made us question whether everything had been thoroughly checked before our arrival.A few other maintenance items we noticed:* The toilet in the right-side master bathroom is loose and wobbly.* The ceiling fan makes quite a bit of noise when running.* The TV remotes didn’t have batteries, so we had to purchase some.* The bedroom with the two double beds could benefit from better window coverings to help block the early morning sun.* A few extra blankets would also be a nice addition for guests.Overall, we had a great stay.
