Wonderful Accommodations

This is a fantastic property. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to pleasing guests. The canal in back brought so much enjoyment. We saw a variety of wildlife. We especially enjoyed spotting the alligators. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Everything was first rate. We will definitely be back to this property. The management team was right on top of the two small things we called them about. They couldn’t have been nicer.

Everything we imagined and more!

Swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, biking, golfing, playing at the beach, watching movies, playing games, cooking in a well equipped kitchen, doing laundry… this home had it all! And we did it all! We loved the central shared living spaces and the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms layout so we could all be together, and then retreat as well. Perfect place for our family to gather for a wedding vacation.

Beautiful House with Everything you Need

This is a beautiful house with two primary suites and on secondary suite all with ensuite bathrooms. There is one extra bedroom and another full bath as well, so this is the perfect house for multi-family vacations. Due to hurricane Ian, we were without internet/TV for the first 8 days of our 14 day stay, but otherwise everything was perfect. The pool and spa are awesome, and the house backs onto a canal and a golf course behind that, so there’s lots of privacy. Off the pool, the covered area is quite large and had a full table and chairs, as well as a small table and 4 wicker chairs. I would definitely stay here again, as it’s one of the nicest we’ve rented anywhere (and we’ve rented quite a few). Thanks!

Raintree Besties summer getaway

We have a group of 8 older ladies that have been vacationing together for years. This property had everything we needed and is our new favorite spot. Well appointed the pictures don’t show you everything they thought of for your comfort. Property management was very attentive and kept us well informed.

Last minute vacation change

This house is amazing. Extremely clean. Has everything you could want or need. Nice touch were the pool toys and kid toys inside. We had reservations in the St Pete area but red tide was horrible. Not safe for our toddler grandchildren. We started scrambling to find somewhere else. So thankful to find this gem. The pool was great. The kids loved seeing the neighborhood canal alligators. They may have been the highlight of their trip. There are nice beaches 20-30 mins from the house. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It saved our vacation. We had a great time.

Fantastic vacation!!!

The house was beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet. Though it is a little bit of a drive to stores but not horrible. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed every day. This home exceed all my expectations. Thank you.

Villa was beautiful!

The villa was everything it should of been!! We were able to have 2 gators visit on a daily! They did not come on land! Thank God. The only thing that wasn't up to par, was the grill didn't work right. It kept shutting off & wouldn't get as hot as it should. Otherwise we enjoyed every minute of our stay ! It was VERY RELAXING

Great house

Great property with fully stocked kitchen, heated pool, comfortable rooms and awesome ambiance. We stayed here with our 4 kids and my parents as well. We especially picked this house as it had two master suites. Great wildlife abounds and garage has so many extras (bikes, golf clubs, fishing gear, beach and pool toys, chairs)! The only negative thing I can say is that mosquitos were able to somehow get into the master bath (by the air conditioner) and my legs got bitten quite a bit; but this could be an easy maintenance fix. Otherwise it was a perfect two weeks spent at this property. We all miss it already!

Overall it was very nice, the twin beds in one bedroom and the queen Bed in the other small bedroom were very uncomfortable. It also would have been helpful to have a second refrigerator in the garage or a beverage refrigerator on the Lenai.

Relaxing and Quiet

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and the property had everything necessary including gas grill, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even golf clubs. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
