Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This unique, sunlight filled, corner apartment offers; ski-in/ski-out, as close to the gondola as it gets and is steps from ice skating and The Collective. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, custom furnishings and lighting, gas fireplace, full kitchen with electric range, washer/dryer, private ski locker, and secure underground parking.
Close to all amenities but as far away as possible from Brush Creek Road traffic noise and shielded from Base Camp pedestrian noise, making it one of the quietest locations in Base Camp. With a large deck that enjoys the afternoon sun, making it a beautiful spot to relax after a hard day on the slopes.
Guests will enjoy views of Snowmass Mountain and Mt. Daly from the covered balcony, and the convenience of staying in lower Snowmass Village, near restaurants, shopping, ice skating, rock climbing, the new game lounge and community center and more.

The Condo is located slope-side in Snowmass Base Village, with ski-in/out convenience and close to the Elk Camp Gondola and Village Express six-person lift. Enjoy the Treehouse Adventure Center nearby, the hub for childrenâs activities and ski school. These 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms are comfortable and inviting with traditional mountain decor, full kitchens, gas fireplaces, and washer & dryer. On-site recreational facilities include a fitness center, two hot tubs, and ski locker rooms. Additional amenities include full-service concierge services, wifi, and a heated parking garage.
