Unique and beautifully updated tropical oasis tucked in the coveted 500 block of Vanderbilt Beach, Location Location Location!
Villa Cascata is a Mediterranean-style home with a lushly landscaped backyard oasis and a beautiful rock pool, complete with an outdoor shower. Located just 3/4 of a mile to beach access at popular Vanderbilt Beach. The yard is an oversized lot, with a little trail behind the rock pool to explore, a large eating area off the pool deck, and a great lounge patio off the living room. The view of the pool area is spectacular right when you enter the front door; you will enjoy this view from the kitchen, family room, and master bedroom. Both the living room and master bedroom have a set of French doors leading to the pool. The decor is a neat blend of Mediterranean and Spanish tiles throughout and modern mid-century. The memories to be made here will last, from the large dining room table to gather, open concept floor plan to enjoy everyone in the main area (kitchen, dining, and family room).
The newly renovated house is stocked for all your vacation needs. There is also beach gear for you in the garage, toys in the closet, books on the shelves, and games in the cabinets.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows: The master has a king-size bed, one guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle (a total of 3 beds and can sleep 4).

My husband was born in Italy and raised in Northern California, and I'm also from Northern California. We have five children and have moved across the country for our jobs. Together, we've lived in seven states. We love to travel, and Italy is dear to our hearts.
Varför värden valde detta boende
The location is so perfect. It's on the coveted 500 block of Naples Park, across the street from the canal mansions. You can walk to the beach, as it's 3/4 mile. The area has it all from Mercato, a district with everything from great restaurants, bars, shopping, ice cream, and even nightclubs that you'll see lined with only the most exotic cars. The neighborhood has everything, from the Ritz Carleton down the street to various grocery stores and restaurants.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
You won't find many rock pools in Naples; this one is unique. Our lot is also oversized for this neighborhood (lot and 1/2). The decor isn't your typical American Beach house style—imagine a little villa on the Mediterranean coast. You don't see that in this area. It stood out when we stepped in the door—very different from the many others with the "typical Airbnb furnishings and vibe." You'll see, this is set apart from the rest.
