We had a wonderful stay. The outdoor spaces were amazing - pool, hot tub, koi pond, gazebo! The house was roomy and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Master bathroom has been nicely updated. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient location in nice cul de sac - quiet and private.

Excellent Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It offers everything the listing indicates and much more. Really nice and quite neighborhood, close to downtown and airport. The host is nice and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was sunny and hot we spent lots of time in the pool and air conditioning. We took turns cooking for 14, mostly bbq foods on a fantastic grill.This home is wonderfully laid out. Bedrooms are private with baths, all with big windows, and very quiet.The grounds are beautiful with plenty of seating and tables.Our group thought it was the best home yet!

Wonderful vacation home in Palm Springs

Amazing property, beautiful, private, very comfortable, planty of room to hang out together, and to have some personal time. Very well equipped kitchen, BBQ, bar area, patio. Great pool and spa. We didn't use sauna but it was available. And wonderful koi pond!

Absolutely gorgeous. Fully stocked. We had everything we needed from cooking utensils to toiletries. (The extra towels are in the hallway closet. We didn’t see them at first.) Ric, the property manager, was accommodating and responsive to any needs that came up. The pool guy (Jesus) was friendly and went out of his way to keep the pool clean and vacuumed. We had a sister-cousin retreat and we loved it!

Fantastic Place!!!

My girlfriends & I went for a girls trip to celebrate my lil sister's birthday. We could not have asked for a better house to rent. My sister was so surprised and the other ladies were blown away on how beautiful the house was. So spacious that each of us could find our own little nook to just relax if we wanted and not bother the others. We didn't even mind feeding the Koi Fish every morning. Ric was was very responsive and so easy to work with if I had any questions or if something came up. It was a great trip!! I will definitely be returning!

Nice house

Enjoyed a girls weekend at this house. We all appreciated the cleanliness. Since we didn't plan on eating out, it was a pleasant surprise to see how well stocked the kitchen was. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. The pool was great along with the outdoor seating options. The only recommendation we have is more seating in the "family room" near the kitchen. We all 4 fit on the couch, but it would have been nice to have another option to sprawl out on for movie night. Overall, no complaints & would definitely book another stay at this house.

Palm Springs Get Away

This was a great house. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever been in. The outdoor area was phenomenal. The pictures don’t do it justice. Location was excellent. We will definitely stay at this house again.

The best stay we've had with a rental!

The house was perfectly listed and everything was up to and above our expectations. Couch/bed/chairs were all comfortable (not cheap ikea furniture); everything you'd ever need in the kitchen; everything was clean and excess of all amenities. Would definitely rebook in the future!!

Family holiday in Palm Springs

The location, size, and amenities of this property are excellent. The bathrooms could use a remodel and the decor leaves something to be desired, but we spent the majority of our time outside and that is perfect. We stayed here with my 85 year old parents and our adult children. We were able to walk to town, cook together in the large kitchen, swim, relax in the large hot tub, play bocce, feed/watch the fish, grill out (even at breakfast), sip coffee in the morning sun, read, play games
so many fun activities!

Backyard Oasis and Super Kitchen!

Amazing property with en suite bathrooms for all bedrooms. This was the best stocked kitchen of any rental house we have ever booked. Plenty of pots and pans, a kitchen scale, blender, you name it. The backyard had lots of different spaces to enjoy with sun and shade options for all. Not walking distance to town, but a very short drive. Highly recommend

Our spring break tradition

This is our third year renting this lovely house in Palm Springs. Every year we rent this house with another family, and it's just perfect. The layout is ideal -- very spacious. We love the pool and the koi pond, and there's enough room for two families of four to spread out and relax. The bed in the master bedroom is ridiculously comfortable -- I need one just like it at home! My only compliant would be the kitchen accessories are getting a bit sparse. For example, there's no vegetable peeler and no serving utensils. We like to cook dinner as a group each night, and it's hard to get enough serving dishes together. Other than that, it's ideal!

Everything but 70 degrees!

Ric is outstanding. We arrived on Christmas Day and he was still available to get us checked in and settled. We had my husband and I plus our 3 adult sons and one girlfriend. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom plus a powder room in the hall. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for bath and pool, plenty of spots to be together and also find some solitude if necessary. The pool area is fantastic. We grilled one night and my kids were in the pool and hot tub every day. Highly recommend this property for families. The only thing I’d change is to add some floor lamps in the TV area off The kitchen. It’s a little dark in that room. But plenty of sunlight in the rest of the house thanks to windows on the pool side of the house.

The location is ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots, yet peaceful and private for a relaxing retreat. The outdoor space was a highlight, featuring a delightful pool, lush tropical landscaping, and the soothing sight of koi fish that was thoroughly enjoyable to watch.Every detail, from the comfy beds to the high-speed Wi-Fi and fully stocked kitchen, made our stay effortless and enjoyable. Great vacation!

Loved staying here! Ric is great to deal with. Our family had a great time, the house had everything we needed and more. Lots of space indoor and outdoor, lots of outdoor furnishings to use, great BBQ and outdoor dining space. And the koi pond and waterfalls created the perfect outdoor environment! Had an issue with the hot tub but was taken care of quickly by Ric. Planning on staying here again. Thanks so much!

Golden Getaway

A wonderful stay with dear friends. House layout was perfect for our group. Outdoor space (including pool and hot tub) was amazing. The house is still lovely, but attention to some minor maintenance issues would be helpful. House manager, Ric, was very pleasant and accommodating as we settled in a bit ahead of schedule. Fortunately, no further assistance was needed during our stay.
