Välkommen till ombyggda och rymliga Shoreline Towers 2096. Denna golf front enhet ligger på nionde våningen i Tower Two och har fantastisk soluppgång och solnedgång. Vardagsrummet har lädermöbler och solskydd för att maximera panoramautsikt. Vardagsrummet har en 55 "plattskärm och dvd-spelare för att njuta av njutningen. Öppet kök har vita räknare alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Det öppna köket gör att du kan njuta av utsikten om du i köket gör frukost eller piskar upp middag.

Great stay, but problem with TV. Too many remotes and loss of picture resulting in having to reset system. Also, someone needs to contact us. Some of our party sat on a glass-top table and broke it. We need to arrange to pay for the repair. Thanks

Summer vacation 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and it is bright and cheerful with great Old Florida vibes. This is our second stay here. Looks like a washing machine is soon to be installed which will be a plus. Hoping some other upgrades are to come like replacing the carpets with tile? Or newer carpet? Would also be amazing to put blinds in the street view bedrooms that would block the parking lot lights. Those bedrooms are so bright all night long.

Outdated. I would recommend renting another unit with Shoreline

I have stayed with Shoreline Towers before and I do like them however, I don’t think it’s fair to pay the same price for a unit without a washer/dryer and smaller balcony that doesn’t have access from the master as a unit that does. Especially one that is older and outdated. When I come back to Destin, I will most likely go back to Shoreline Towers, I will just be VERY careful with picking my unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the condo are absolutely stunning. Unfortunately that is the only thing stunning about this unit. The ad says recently renovated but the only thing renovated in who knows how long is the master shower, not the master bathroom, just the shower. No washer and dryer in unit and the ones one the floor don’t work. Mold around the windows, cracks in Sheetrock, tv’s that don’t work, ice machine in fridge doesn’t dispense ice, missing glass in fans, fans that bank and clang when on, mirror wall held together with tape, wall outlets not connected to wall and built in microwave that doesn’t work. This unit could be amazing and worth every penny if the owner would take some pride and invest in a proper renovation. Or maybe just be honest in the description and say this is a dated unit with a great view.

A little bit of heaven on earth.

We feel we have made speciall friends with them and look forward to seeing them later this year. Plannng to be there for many years to come—like a second home.

Enjoy The View! The best views in this complex!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, but just a few things to consider. This unit is on the 9th floor and there is no washer or dryer. There were supposed to be coin operated washers and dryers on each floor so we thought ok...we would deal with it. The 9th floor washer was out of order...we started to walk down from floor to floor and either they had signs "out of order" were removed or unplugged...we continued down all the way to the 3rd floor before we found one that worked... very inconvenient. We originally found the carpets had stains, but Shoreline Towers had them cleaned and improved immensely! This condo has the best views in our opinion. Great beds, even though the unit has not been redone for some time, it has a sweet beachy feeling. I would suggest to the owners make repairs to the ceilings. The beach feeling is really nice however! Please consider a washer and dryer but we really love this place!

Great view, needs updating

We came with torrential rains. The rain came in through the top of the windows in the master bedroom and soaked the floor and my stuff that was put beside the window. They got us a blower to dry it but it was really really loud. The Master shower was under repair but we were aware of that. During the rains, there was standing water in the floors of the other bathroom. We had to use all the towels to mop it up. They did get us a mop and the water went away after the rains quit. The carpets need replacing and the dining room seats, while adorable, had all kinds of stains on them and needed replacing. Our icemaker quit day one and we reported it but no one ever came to fix it during our week's stay. Overall we had a good stay. The view is beautiful and the location is great. A bit of updating would have me coming back here.

The other time the unit has been great very clean and wthout any problems. This past week that we stayed there, the master shower didnt work, the carpet had a big spot of wet water. They tried to dry it but they left a fan running 3 days that we were there so it was alot of noise. In my opinion I believe the unit should be checked and let the renters know ahead of their arrival so they could be aware. One shower for 8 people made things so hard due to use making line to take a shower. A good discount should be added or a small refund would be good.

Great View, Worn Down Unit

First I have to say that the view from this unit as shown in the photos is spectacular. The best that I've had as a rental. Aside from that, I would best describe this unit as worn out. The carpeting is stained significantly in the master bedroom and one of the others and carpets in the hallway on top of the carpet add to the feeling. Almost every room has at least some minor peeling of the ceiling and the grout looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. When we arrived on Saturday after a huge storm, the window in the master bedroom was leaking significantly, the point where 20% of the carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. I called the office and never received a reply back. This type of maintenance is prevalent through the unit as it seems only the most necessary repairs and updates are made. Cleaning is clearly done each week, but only the necessities. A quick look at the trim shows a gathering of dust that has been there so long that it doesn't just wipe off. I received a call from the property manager on Wednesday making it seem like the shower unavailability was a recent development. From the last review I can see that it has been a preexisting condition that they waited until the last minute to tell me about and then offer a meager 10% off on after it was too late for me to change my plans. So, if you are taken by the view this might be a good place for you to stay. If you are expecting a unit a bit more upscale and to work with professionals in that market, I would suggest looking elsewhere. For me, the view wasn't worth the rest.

Great view...Mediocre condo

The location of this condo is perfect. Beachfront with amazing views and gulf breezes. Upon arriving, we were told the shower in the master bathroom was inoperable- under repair/renovation. This meant ONE shower for 8 ladies. We were given a 10% refund, but advance notice would have been appreciated. The condo itself is large and easily accommodated our group, other than the shower situation. The freezer had to be repaired since it was not sealing. Additionally, one of the burners of the stove did not work. Some updating in decor and counters are needed.

1st Time to Visit Destin
