Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Jacksonville La Petite Abode. Simply adorable and affordable! This home has been carefully designed to create a neutral, comfortable, and cozy feel. Sleeps up to four guests, offering two lovely tranquil bedrooms, each with a TV, a queen size bed, perfect for privacy and peaceful nights. A dedicated work space, a fully functional kitchen, an outdoor BBQ grill, and living room. Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, free parking, and easy access to the front door. Centrally located, between downtown Jax and Jax beach. This fabulous apartment boasts for a soothing night's sleep. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, and a hair dryer during your stay. Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place.
This property is so cute and charming! Great for snuggling up and feeling right at home with its lovely decor and amenities. Located in a quiet duplex community, very friendly neighbors, easy access to downtown, local grocery, shops, restaurants, and a short drive to Jax beaches.
The master bedroom has a queen bed which sleeps two, and the second bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps two. A dedicated work space is located in the second bedroom, great for those who work remotely and need a quiet space to work and focus.
The living room offers comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a perfect setting for late night chat, relaxation, and early morning coffee. Enjoy the presence of the charming fireplace.
The kitchen offers all cooking essentials, great for prepping up meals. Comes with a toaster, a toaster oven, a full size oven and stove, a microwave, coffee maker, and a full size refrigerator. Basic cleaning supplies are also provided. Super cute and simple everything you need :).
The home offers a fenced in back yard, great for pets! Out sits a picnic table, and a BBQ grill great for grilling (full propane tank provided), small family picnics and outdoor happy hour. Lawn chairs are also provided perfect for soaking up some Jacksonville sun rays.
Parking is free and easy. Park right in front of your front door, very handicap accessible, no stairs.
