• 2 Bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, chaise lounge
• LED vanity station w/ hair dryer
• Full kitchen with Keurig + pods, cooking essentials
• 1 Full bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
• Wood fireplace, Smart TV, sectional sofa, work desk
• Board Games Galore:
Chess, Checkers, Giant Monopoly, Jumbo Jenga, Dominoes, Mexican Train, Exploding Kittens, PuzzleBright, Tic Tac Toe, 4 in a Row, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, and more!
• Child safety gate available for little ones
• Free Wi-Fi, floor heaters, fans, and cozy bedding/linens included
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire vacation home with the exception of the locked storage in the backyard.

Winter travel: It’s strongly recommended to carry snow chains or cables in your vehicle during the winter season. Weather and road conditions in Big Bear can change quickly and unexpectedly.

*Do not dispose of ashes please leave them safely in the fireplace.
• Lost and found: $50 handling fee for items left behind plus shipping cost within 7 days of your check out.
*Security: There is a ring camera in the front and backyard to monitor the property for safety, not for surveillance of guests.*
