Cozy 2-bedroom Condo in the heart of Logan Square
Spacious 2 bed unit in PRIME Logan Square Location! Recently renovated and situated on a charming residential block, this 1,000 sqft 2 bed-1 bath garden unit is just steps away from the blue line, and everything Logan Square has to offer. With in-unit washer/dryer , dishwasher and central heat/AC & high speed wifi, this unit covers all the bases.
Bright, open living space featuring modern finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. The sleek kitchen (recently renovated) boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked for the modern chef, making meal prep a breeze. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, or just a cozy night in (I've taken the liberty of stocking a few of my favorite books, but we're right around the corner from the local public library, as well as lucky enough to have a community lending library just a few doors down!). During the warmer months, take advantage of the shared patio and fire pit right out your back door.
Enjoy the best of the neighborhood all in walking distance; Lula Cafe, Sip of Hope, Boulangerie and the renowned Logan Square Farmers Market are all within a two min walk; not to mention the bustling Milwaukee strip with bars, restaurants, cafes and the Logan Square theater right in your backyard.
Live in owner (2nd floor) always on standby to help with anything big or small - lots of recommendations on great local spots to make the most of your stay!
