This is one of the newest Apartment in Los Angeles, situated in a safe residential area of apartments in K-town with security guards. You can walk to some great restaurants around the building. There is Target on the 1st floor, where you can enjoy Low Prices On Groceries, Home, Electronics, Apparel & More, which adds to convenience.
Sophisticated yet relaxed, the apartment is a haven for the urban explorer who wants to be in the center of all the west coast action. Enjoy some sun out on the sun deck or cool down with our beautiful resort-inspired swimming pool. Take in the incredible views of downtown LA up on the rooftop deck complete with grills and lounge spaces. There are golf practice rooms, 24-hour fitness gym, game room, and business room in the building. The apartment features gorgeous hard surface flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, floor-to-ceiling windows and so much more.
In this furnished Apt., you have free Wi-Fi and TV, washer and dryer, full kitchen with refrigerator, micro wave, stove and dish washer.
You can enjoy cooking with silverware, kitchen utinsels, and kitchen ware provided by the host, including pots and pans, dish, cups, spoons, forks, knives
and chopsticks. There is a coffeemaker and you can enjoy k-cup coffee every morning.
