The house was clean, easy to find, good parking, and well laid out. There is a steep set of stairs to enter, but that’s the only major note. It was within walking distance to multiple great restaurants. The memory foam mattresses were soft in one bedroom, but overall everyone loved the house and rested well!

Everything about this place was top notch. One of the best places I’ve rented. Beds and couches were suuuuuper comfy. Have every amenity we needed. Everything was new and well taken care of. The stairs are pretty steep to get up there. Back yard was so great for our pup. Would definitely recommend this place.

My family and I loved the Morton House! When we arrived it was exactly how described. Beautiful and clean. The details from when the house was built still were part of the home - which I loved. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and cozy. They provided almost everything you’d need! We brought our dogs as well and the yard was perfect for them to hang out in and go potty. Actually a good sized yard for being in the city. Our boys (7) and (12) were excited to see that they had a couple of games at the house. We played Uno everyday ha! There was a cute park walking distance so the boys were able to play there. If we ever come to visit Dayton again this will be our go to place! The location is great only 10-30 minutes away from popular places.

Dayton for graduation

We needed a place to host my extended family for a Dayton Univ grad. Convenient to campus. Easy access to town and Oregon district. Pub and coffee house within walking distance. Friendly pug dog Mellow always want a to say hi. Note, 2nd floor unit so, if stairs are not possible, be aware. Overall quant, clean , comfortable architectural rich area.
