Jag hyr ett vackert helt nytt hus i José Ignacio, den mest hippie chic plats att vara i Sydamerika!
Mycket praktiskt, modernt och fullt av ljus. Perfekt att vila och hitta fred!
Huset ligger i Santa Mónica, 25 km frÄn Punta del Este (Sydamerika bÀsta semesterort vid Atlantkusten), 5 km frÄn José Ignacios fyr.
Det Àr omgivet av den charmiga lagunen José Ignacio, och vad Àr bÀst, det Àr bara 3 kvarter att komma till stranden.
Huset Àr 55 m2 plus det har ett tak dÀck pÄ 25m2 med grill / parrilla och en trÀdgÄrd pÄ 450 m2.
Det kan rymma upp till 5 personer. Den har 2 sovrum, ett med dubbelsÀng och ett annat med en rulla sÀng. Ett badrum och vardagsrum med luftkonditionering och bÀddsoffa.
Det amerikanska köket med en bar har allt du behöver för att laga mat och Àta för sex personer. Ugnen Àr elektrisk och kylen har frys. Du har Àven en mikrovÄgsugn, tvÀttmaskin och en utomhusdusch. Grillen (parrilla) Àr tyst stor och den Àr bekvÀmt ansluten till köket.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Because it is located in an unique place in the world, famous worldwide for its long, solitary beaches and wonderful restaurants.
The village is located on a natural peninsula that juts out into the ocean with two sweeping beaches either side. Taking a walk down Mansa Beach in the early evening you are rewarded with some spectacular sunsets.
During the summer months (December to March) people come from far afield to throw parties, enjoy carnival and see concerts in the lighthouse.
This hidden gem of a village is most famous for its lighthouse, which shows just how cut off from the outer world you are here and as drawn the slogan that has made these beaches very popular: âOnly the wind runs hereâ.

The best of staying here is that it's close enough to join the activity in Punta del Este, La Barra or José Ignacio, but far enough away to enjoy solitude.
If you want to explore Uruguay beaches I have to say that Tacheles is located on a perfect spot because it is in a mid distance to all Maldonado and Rocha beaches, which are one of the most beautiful and desired beaches of South America.
The house very practical and comfortable. You can rent a car and use it as a base for exploring the area: Uruguay's main attraction is its beaches, so most visitors come in summer. Maldonado and Rocha are 2 of the 19 states of Uruguay. Both together have more than 200 km coastline on the Atlantic Ocean.
Besides José Ignacio, Punta del Este and Manantiales, beaches in Rocha are stunning too: you can either visit La Pedrera, La Paloma, Cabo Polonio, Punta del Diablo, and Santa Teresa beaches, less than 100 km away from Tacheles.
Our beaches are not only special because of its beauty: they are very safe, wide and quiet. That's why not only Argentinians and Brazilians come to Uruguay, but also people from all South America love to come here: Uruguay is the safest and peaceful country in the region.
There are wonderful restaurants and beaches nearby as well as markets for finding items for firing up the parilla at the house.
If you feel a bit more active you can enjoy good surfing in the area and even kite-surfing at Laguna Garzon. It is also an attractive place to visit during the winter months between July and late October as the weather stays mild. Then you share this little paradise with far fewer people and Franca Whales too, resting on their way to Peninsula Valdes in Argentina.
