Location, location, location - right on the beach. Beautiful surroundings in a very well kept community. Townhouse was decorated well and very clean.

The place was nice and had a wonderful sense of privacy. Wonderful location. Seconds from food and attractions. Does need some upgrades to the home but as a whole was good for the mini vacation we needed

Perfect Escape from Reality!

This is the perfect location for your St Augustine visit...minutes from downtown, a few steps from the beach and pools. Patty was very attentive! Would absolutely stay here again!

Working Vacation

We picked this place mainly for being pet friendly and close to the beach. We met some very nice people and the heated swimming pool was a great plus.

Great place to stay

Property was clean, roomy and great location just perfect for what we needed for our wedding on the beach! Only negative we have is we had to search back in our email for the property contract from the owners instead of having all of the information right on the vrbo app that we found the property on. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

A place to stay and enjoy the area

The property location was great. Amazing beach just steps away, 2 pools, and close to everything! The unit was stocked with everything we needed to start our vacation. Lots of towels 😊 The host was helpful and made sure we were comfortable when we arrived. It was the perfect spot for us to stay and enjoy everything that St Augustine has to offer.

Great Property

This property is in a great location and only steps away from the beach. It’s furnished with everything. Although our kids aren’t young anymore the zero elevation pool would have been great when they were younger. Great experience!

Very comfortable and the location was great.

The property was very comfortable and overall clean and well kept. My biggest complaint was the bed linens and pillows in the master bedroom were stained. There were ample furnishings to get you through until you could get to a store for paper products, etc. The pool was nice and the beach access was easy to get to. Very quiet complex. We enjoyed our stay.

The bedrooms are located upstairs. There is one bath upstairs and one downstairs. The unit was clean and nice with plenty of towels and extra sheets if needed. Nice pools and well manicured grounds.

Property was very well kept. Plenty of space for our family of four. The beds were slightly uncomfortable. Huge temperature difference between 1st and 2nd floor, hotter on second floor. Overall a really nive place to stay.

Great location, clean, condo has what we needed. Only drawback was temp difference between upstairs and downstairs. Hard to cool upstairs down to comfortable temp. Other than this a great stay!

Ocean Villas 2nd floor unit

Quite nice but basic. This 2 bedroom unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Everything is as it should be and the condominium facilities are first rate.

Beautiful condo development

Beautiful property and the beach is gorgeous. Perfect place to relax. The actual condo unit is ok... I was not happy with the carpet. Owners may want to consider providing more than one garbage bag for the unit. On a scale of 1 to 10 The condo unit gets a generous 7.

Great location

I’m not sure if this this is a condo or townhouse since it’s 2 floors and is a walk up to the front door. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Good views , clean, well cared for grounds and pools. (We only used the back pool near the beach which was an easy trip on the private walk) There is plenty of beach gear to borrow- umbrella, chairs, coolers, and a wagon (better than our own). The condo could use a facelift (all original cabinets and rusted balcony furniture) but very functional. AC seems marginal for upstairs bedrooms and mattresses have seen better days. Overall , a pleasant stay. We would return.
