Fun in the sun

Poppy House

Nice 3 bedroom house with a great floor plan. The highlight of the house is the backyard. Great pool, BBQ area and nice seating available in both sun and shade.

Great home

We have stayed at Poppy 2x and find it to be central located, it’s a good price and a very nice pool and grill. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and just minutes from Planet Fitness, thrift stores, the marina and 2 dog parks. We have 2 60 lbs dogs so it is nice to give them plenty of exercise. We actually enjoy the 100-115 temps. It was a relaxing month, plenty of exercise and we enjoy Lake Havasu’s small town feel, it’s extremely easy to navigate. We recommend a stay at the Poppy Ln. house.

Blue skies and sunshine

My husband and I along with our golden retriever spent the week basking in the sunshine after driving in from MN. This home checked all the boxes, clean, quiet, and comfy bed (bonus: gorgeous private backyard with pool!) We drove down to the bridge every morning to take a walk and see the sites. Great place to bring your pet. Definitely would rent this place again!

Seeking sunshine & hiking

I am a clean freak & the cleanliness of this home exceeded my expectations! This property was perfect for my husband & I, and our little dog Boots. We especially enjoyed sitting in the sunshine by the pool in the afternoon, barbecuing & eating on the patio, & enjoying a warm fire by the chimmania/ fire pit. The beds were super comfy with soft cozy sheets & bedding. The neighbors were friendly & neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe👍

Safety issues with pool uncomfortable couch dated tvs

We addressed several issues with the hosts they came to property promptly and tried to rectify these issues however major issue was not being able to safely go in and out of pool this issue couldn’t be fixed so we had to leave we would highly recommend this vacation home and would love to come back if pool rails were installed the hosts are lovely people and tried to make us comfortable

Week of the 4th of july

Home was very comfortable. Pool was awesome. Loved how much space the home had. I missed some stuff from my kitchen like my griddle. Garage parking was nice (WARNING when arriving at night beware of drain in driveway). Overall I would highly recommend this rental to everyone

The perfect Lake Havasu vacation house

The house was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The owners are very nice and had great communication. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. Loved the pool, which was surprisingly cooler than other pools in the area. And plenty of room for our boat in the driveway. We’ll definitely be back next time.

Lake Havasu Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for our Family vacation. It's a Beautiful home & We Loved the location. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids. Nice quiet neighborhood and walking distance to everything. Audrey was very easy to communicate with and so great about everything. We will definitely rent this house again!

Fun, fun, fun!

The house is beautiful and fully stocked. Pool was perfect to relax after the lake. Bbq area is nice to grill and entertain. Back yard is big and cozy. We had a great time. Audrey was very responsive to text messages. We will rent the house again. Highly recommend.

In July the pool is a livesaver.

A well stocked home. Everything you would need is there. The pool is beautiful and the home is so perfect for entertaining your family and friends. This was kind of a family reunion. Our son and his wife and our grandson live in Lake Havasu. Others that came in for the weekend were able to stay with them and us. So everyone had a comfortable time. If you want a great place to stay that is comfortable and you want to be able to ask questions of the owners, this is the place to stay.

Highly recommend for adult family reunion. Nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect atmosphere and pool area for respectful adult gathering. Birthday and reunion for my 73 year old mother. Everyone enjoyed it more than being on the lake

My experience was excellent except....and this is meant for all new VRBO renters as well as those who own the VRBO properties in warm weather locations. All the photos and words describing the property showed a beautiful pool and pool area. And it was beautiful however, the pool was unusable as it is not heated. Many experienced renters may know but it was a huge disappointment to not be able to use the pool for the entire month I stayed. I suggested that perhaps the renter can have an option to pay the bill to heat the pool if a heating system is available. I will be very careful to ask in the future and will definitely use VRBO again. The house I rented was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Thanks for taking such good care of me. Janet

I moved from Homer Alaska to Lake Havasu City Arizona in 2001. The first time I visited was in October and I fell in love with the city and the lake. Once I thawed my cold bones it was time for adventure and exploration. There is so much to do in Arizona.

Lake Havasu is a fun place to visit. Close to lake, golf courses, hospitals and shopping. You can get anywhere quickly. I remember when I had to travel 225 miles to the big city for school clothes shopping. We have all of that right here in Lake Havasu City.

This property has a big backyard. It's very private and relaxing. Very centrally located, easy access to all activities. 15 minute walk from main street.
