Nice property, comfortable for our whole group

The home was very clean and comfortable. Our family of 16 fit well with beds and bathrooms for all. The management company was very helpful and responsive. We could figure out how to being the pool temp up but the grandkids still enjoyed it. Not much space/yard for grandkids to play and run around but the unit was right around the corner from the basketball and pickleball courts. Could have used an extra fridge in the garage with that many people but we managed okay. Very nice stay.

Sorry hot tub never worked. So disappointing for the kids and adults. Can’t give a 5 star when major draw wasn’t operating. It was close to Zion our major objective. Close to Kenab for off road events.Plenty of restaurants in Springdale and laVerkin and Hurricane.

Thank you for sharing your feedback following your stay! We understand how disappointing it was that the hot tub was not working during your visit, especially as it was an important feature for your stay. We’re glad to hear the home’s location worked well for your plans and surrounding areas :) During your stay, we did send instructions for use and followed up to check in on whether the spa was functioning properly for you and we regret that you were unable to use the spa appropriately. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and would love to host you again with an improved spa experience, thank you!

Perfect spot for family fun

This home was well thought out with everything we need for a family stay including extended family. Very clean and beautiful decor. Bunk beds and kids plates/cups for kids will ample seating. Comfortable beds and rooms for the adults. Private pool when we wanted to be alone and the bigger community pool with lazy river and splash pad for more fun. Was close to Zion for getaways there. We absolutely loved our stay here! We had 7 adults and 6 kids (and a baby) and we had PLENTY of room. Everyone kept commenting on how spacious the house felt! The rooms were large, beautifully decorated, and cozy. The table in the dining room is HUGE, perfect for family dinners. The kitchen is great, lots of cabinet space and lots of appliances! We loved having our own private pool and spa outside and the kids loved the bin of pool toys! It was easy to heat the spa and the pool stayed at a comfortable temp all week. The cement around the sidewalk gets very hot in the sun, just remember your shoes. Parking for the house is a little strange, just doesn’t have its own driveway so you use the garage or parking spaces nearby. Or you can parallel park in front of the house. They had several extra items available like corn hole, pickleball stuff, ping pong, sand toys, etc which was very nice! The only thing that disappointed us was that the kids were looking forward to the Xbox that is listed in the description and we couldn’t find it anywhere. They loved the giant bean bag chairs though! The access to the clubhouse was a plus. We would go over in the evenings and float around the lazy river. Love the fire pits they have too!The location of the house is great. Close to Walmart, close to Sand Hollow, not a bad drive to Zion. The hosts are very responsive and very friendly! We had an amazing week and would love to stay here again next time we plan a trip to Zion!

Thank you so much for such an incredible and thoughtful review! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear your large family had plenty of space and that you enjoyed the comfortable rooms, spacious kitchen, huge dining table, and all the extras throughout the home. We’re especially glad everyone enjoyed the private pool and spa, pool toys, and the clubhouse amenities, including the lazy river and fire pits! It sounds like you made some wonderful family memories during your stay. We also appreciate you mentioning the hot sidewalk and parking setup, as those details can be very helpful to future guests. We’re sorry the kids weren’t able to find the Xbox that was listed in the description. We’ll definitely look into that with the owner so we can make sure the listing accurately reflects what is available. Thank you again for your kind words about our communication and hospitality. It was truly a pleasure hosting your family, and we would absolutely love to welcome you back for your next Zion trip!

Stay was perfect for fsmily gathering of 15. Room for everyone and great kitchen. Every possible thing needed in kitchen. Pool small but provided great place to cool off and commune as family. Also nice community pool with 3 minute walk. We did Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Snow Canyon SP, Sand Hollow SP, Horseshoe Bend and Wire Pas Trail slot canyons all from the great home base.

Hurricane Stay

Great place to stay, clean and fun for everyone in our group. Pool was awesome for kids. House was big. Rooms were big and had plenty of room for kids to sleep on the floor if needed. Bathrooms were nice and clean too. Enjoyed the neighborhood. Downside was parking with trailers. Not really any place to put them.

We loved our stay at this place! It’s so beautiful and spacious and everything is kept so clean. We loved having our own hot tub and pool right there on the property! We had 14 of us, most adults with 3 little kids 4 and under and we had plenty of space. The little kids loved the bunk room. The movie room upstairs was fun and cozy, located right off the deck. The rooms were all spacious and beautiful. We loved going down the street to the community pool and lazy river as well. We did have to text the host to get the hot tub heating up which was a little inconvenience and we couldn’t ever get the jets or lights to work. We had no control on our end and they had to do it remotely which was a little strange. Other than that, it was a great stay! We would love to come back and stay again!
