Bright and airy, the open-concept living area seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and cozy living room. Relax by the fireplace, stream your favorite shows on high-speed Wi-Fi, or whip up a delicious meal with ease.

Available for $109 per night, the pool can be heated to 83°F. Please request 24â48 hours in advance to ensure itâs ready for your stay.

Complimentary on-site parking for 2 cars, plus additional free street parking nearby.
Other Things to Note:
The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. A lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.
Things to note about the pool & outdoor spaces
To maintain the Villa's top-notch condition, our pool cleaner will swing by the property every Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM. Likewise, our gardeners will make their rounds on either Mondays or Tuesdays, from 8 am to 5 pm. Please be aware that they will access the Villa without prior notice to guests.
