The kitchen has an adjoining laundry room includes two full-size washers and dryers for your convenience, complete with laundry tabs.

This unit is pet-friendly but allows only one dog (no cats) weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.
