Undvik alla dessa höga huvudvärk, inga vägar att korsa, inga hissar, inga lobbyister, ingen väntan - du är på din egen tid eftersom Southbay är en gemenskap av privatägda Townhomes. Vår "home away from home" har 1300 kvadratfot och är fullt möblerad med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Några av de bekvämligheter inkluderar central luftkonditionering, 1080p kabel-TV i vardagsrummet och TV i alla sovrum, Blu-ray / DVD, stereo, tillgång till internet och en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare i hemmet. Den välfyllda köket finns en full storlek kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare och mycket mer. En plysch king size-säng, privat master badrum och walk in closet väntar dig i sovrummet. Den stadsbostad sover 6-8 personer bekvämt. Sovrum två har en queen size minne skum madrass som känns din sover på ett moln. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar med gott om garderobsutrymme.

Very nice Property

We were very happy. The town house was very clean. VRBO sent us the wrong code we called the host he answered immediately and gave us the right code. You are in the heart of Destin walking distance to tons of stuff to do and restaurants. The Beach was amazing. We will definitely be back

Perfect Beach Getaway

Cozy, clean, family-friendly condo with all the amenities of home. Plenty of room for family of six. Short, private access to the beach with provided beach chairs and umbrella. Perfect for a beach getaway and we will definitely be back!

Great location

The condo was clean and well stocked. The furniture was a bit worn out. The coffee maker didn’t work. The walk to the beach is significant. The beach service was excellent. The condo is very conveniently located in Destin near all the best restaurants. We had a great time.

Our stay at the condo was AMAZING! It had everything we would need plus some. The location was GREAT as things to do and eat were close in proximity. The beach was a short walk and feeding the turtles in the lake was the icing on the cake. We will def be back!

The townhouse was spotless, the property and pools are kept in pristine condition.

We love staying at this townhouse. It is close to everything we wanted to do and the price was affordable, especially if you split it with others. The property is in pristine condition and the townhouse itself was spotless upon our arrival. The location is heaven on earth since it's the nicest beach I have ever been on. Overall A+ for the money

Great stay for Destin

Great place for our family of seven. Everything we needed was present and the beach is only a 5 min walk thru the complex. Property manager was great and communication was top notch.

We had a great stay!

It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool was right in front of the condo!! There was a BBQ grill and a full kitchen so we were able to cook most meals! It’s very close to great restaurants and a grocery store just across the street!

Great stay/Awesome Condo
