Wonderful quiet neighborhood right outside of the TCU campus! Just minutes away from dining and drinking attractions, as well as all of the top tourist spots in Fort Worth.

Easy parking in 2 spots on premises. Uber/Lyft easy access as well.

Surveillance cameras outdoors for security. There is a surveillance camera outside the unit, but not the unit itself. Minut device in the unit for noise level.

Also please note that many residents are academic staff and healthcare professionals. Please be respectful of their space and keep noise down after 9pm. We are extremely grateful for your consideration and hope to host you!

Pet fees and early check-in / late check-out info listed in our house rules.
1) CLEANING **********

No Cleaning Rules upon Check-Out - we'll take care of everything! If you'd like to help out by gathering your trash and putting dirty dishes in the washer then we'd really appreciate it - but totally optional!

*Please dump food waste in the garbage and not the sink disposal.

* Please do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.


2) PETS **********

Pets ARE allowed, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet:

1-7 Nights: $25 per day
8-28 Nights: $200 flat per pet
30+ Nights: $300 flat per pet
*Pet fees will be requested through Airbnb after booking. Your final price shown does not reflect your total amount due if bringing a pet.


3) SMOKING **********

PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT. An additional smoke removal fee applies for smoking inside the apartment.


4) EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT **********

Standard check-in is 3pm, and check-out is 10am.

We can usually accommodate early check-in / late check-out. Our cleaners have a strict schedule and clean other Airbnb's, and do charge us to change their schedule. Please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can coordinate.

Early Check-in --- 2pm for $25 or 12pm for $50

Late Check-out --- 11:30am for $25

**Disclaimer - failure to leave the apartment past 10am at check-out without prior approval will result in a late fee of the entire booking day. If you need to stay past 10am, simply communicate with us through the Airbnb app so we can approve if able. WE DO NOT WANT TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT. The majority of our bookings are back-to-back and not leaving by 10am causes a HUGE stress in getting the apartment ready for next guests**

5) PACKAGES***
We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. However, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.
