THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY:
Although we provide basic welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the guest responsible for the reservation.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
TRASH DISPOSAL:
The collection happens 7 days a week.
POOL HEATER:
Pool heat is not recommended for short stays since it usually requires up to 24 hours to heat the swimming pool.
In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30's and 40's that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80's. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.
