PERFECT!! Annual Girls Trip and this location did not disappoint. The host went way above and beyond, her attention to detail was so appreciated! We felt comfortable and safe in this beautiful condo! Incredible views, all beds were great, well stocked and plenty of room for everyone! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Truly the best vacation rental we’ve ever had. Incredibly well-appointed, clean, and perfect for our family of 5. Nancy was incredibly helpful and attentive and thought of everything. Loved the layout and the view and convenient to many activities. 10 stars!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay and our host who was very responsive to all our questions and comments.The penthouse was wonderful and perfectly suited for the six of us. The views are absolutely gorgeous, the beds extremely comfortable (big deal to me). Everything you need is there. We will not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Thank you, Nancy!

Amazing condo and host!

We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Nancy went above and beyond for our stay. The condo was beautiful…the open rooftop balcony was a favorite for sure. Quiet gated community. We often had the pools to ourselves. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed!

PR Paradise

My wife, two boys, and parents spent a week at this beautiful property. It was clean, fully stocked, and had the best views from the rooftop deck. The communication with the property owner was both easy and informative. They were readily available to answer all our questions. The location was great, near everything we had planned. We can't wait to plan our next trip to this paradise.

Our family of five (two teenagers and an eight-year old) spent six-nights at Nancy’s place and it was wonderful. Spotless unit, very well equipped, and beautiful views. We used Fajardo as our base for the week with some boating and rain forest activities. Lots of great restaurants nearby, a few within walking distance and others 5-10 mins drive away. Nancy communicated clearly from booking to checkout and has created such a welcoming space with good quality linens and towels and extras such as beach equipment and soaps and detergents that are hard to pack in carry-on baggage. The complex gated and well-maintained; we spent lots of time at two of the pools between activities. We whole heartedly recommend!

Amazing Stay

My family and I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years and Nancy was by far the most attentive, communicative and just flat out most incredible host we've ever dealt with! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this trip truly unforgettable. Your home exemplifies comfort and luxury and is so spacious and clean. The views are to die for and the location is superb as it's close to a variety of activities (El Yunque jungle, Bioluminescence tours, Icacos Island, Culebra Island, only 40 minutes to San Juan and numerous top notch beaches). Thank you for a great stay. 5 stars!

Paradise by the sea

This unit was especially clean and well supplied to meet all our needs. Everything seemed to be thought of and was so well organized. The furnishings were wonderful and I would say premium quality. The view is beautiful as well as the location. We had stayed on this property previously but this unit was exceptional compared to the other her one we had. Our children enjoyed it as well. The owner had great communication that was helpful and kind. I sincerely hope all future guests take care of this unit as much as the owners have put into it and preparing it for their guests.

I enjoyed my stay at this property very much . My wife, my two kids and my father all had a great time. The place was very well maintained and had everything we needed, from beach amenities to fully equipped kitchen. The views from the penthouse deck were spectacular. Nancy the Host was very helpful and generous, we lost power temporarily and the generator had a minor hiccup. Nancy reached out to me immediately and was in the process of booking two hotel rooms for my family and I at no cost to us. In the process the power was restored and we didn’t need to go. The following morning Nancy was generous enough to treat my family and I to breakfast at a very nice restaurant locally. I would definitely recommend staying at this penthouse, you’re close to local beaches and restaurants and the main highway is close by in case you want to go to San Juan for sightseeing or just want to walk the streets of old San Juan. The property is secure and safe, it’s a gated community with a 24/7 security guard. The two pools was an extra attraction my kids loved.
