Other Things to Note:
Pool Access: The pool is open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day (May–September). Please note that the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes registration for two guests, and any additional guests will incur an extra fee. The pool is currently under renovation until June. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation

Parking Guidelines: only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit

Towels: We do not provide bath towels, so please plan to bring your own.

HVAC System: The building’s HVAC system operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is available from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning operates from May 15 to October 1. During transitional periods, the system is managed by the building association and may be adjusted based on the outside temperature.

Screening Process: For the safety of all guests, we require a screening process as part of our community's security measures.
