Nestled in the prestigious Downtown area of Atlanta, make yourself comfortable in this 5000 sqft family friendly vacation home featuring 5B/5B. The backyard boasts an inground pool, pool slide & hot tub. Inside enjoy the movie theater, game room and ample entertainment space.
This Gourmet kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful custom cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster and tea kettle. It's fully stocked with utensils, cutlery and everything you need to prepare and serve meals.
Two Family rooms one on the main floor and one in the basement. Guests can also connect to 200mpbs WiFi via their wifi-enabled devices.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, clawfoot tub and shower with a very comfortable King bed and a lounge area
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. 3 Car Garage & driveway parking are available for guests, fits up to 6 cars. Minutes from great shopping, restaurants & attractions in Downtown, Midtown &Buckhead. Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center & Braves Stadium/SunTrust Park & I-285 & I-75, Fox theatre, Suntrust/ Battery Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Chattahoochee River recreational park, State Farm Arena, Georgia Aquarium, Piedmont Park, Centennial Olympic Park, College Football Hall of Fame, Underground Atlanta, Georgia Tech & Emory University and many other businesses and attractions.
Guests will have total access to the entire house and private pool for a peaceful getaway close to the city. Plenty of space to enjoy a friend's trip to the city, family vacation or for business travelers.
