Welcome to your cozy Arvada getaway! Conveniently located about 20 minutes from Denver, Boulder, Golden or Red Rocks, and only 3 miles to Olde Town Arvada! Also, very easy mountain access, being 4 miles to I-70.

Relax with family and friends in this beautiful, unique home while enjoying: 2 indoor fireplaces, a 6-8 person HOT TUB, outdoor dining area with grill, outdoor fire pit, massive fenced in back yard, 2 full kitchens, 2 washers and dryers, Foosball and ping-pong tables, and more!

Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, sets of plates, bowls, silverware, and glassware for up to 12 guests, spices, and drip coffee maker. Tea and ground coffee provided to get you through your first morning.

OFFICE
Just off the living room, contains a desk for a workable space and the fastest WiFi speed!

FAMILY ROOM (Downstairs)
Enjoy a foosball table and a new/vintage style popcorn maker, perfect for snuggling up on the super comfy sectional to watch your favorite movie on the 55" Smart TV while the wood burning fireplace crackles in the background.

BONUS KITCHEN (Downstairs)
There is a 5 cup coffee maker and a fully functional kitchen however please note all cookware is in upstairs kitchen.

You can park in the driveway or on the street. You have access to the entire house and backyard. There is a locked closet with the owners belongings in the upstairs laundry room.

Husband's 50th birthday celebration

We had friends come in from out of town and needed a bigger place so we decided to stay here. The house was beautiful everything was comfortable and clean and soft. There was enough room for everyone to relax. They were quiet places if you needed to get away. The house was overall absolutely fantastic

We love doing everything that Colorado has to offer outdoors including hiking, fly fishing, rafting, mountain biking and snowboarding. Our love for hospitality was first inspired by our passion for community. Arvada is a great little town in between Denver and the mountains, right off I-70, so the perfect location if you are wanting to experience both! The neighborhood itself is conveniently located as it is just 7 minutes to Olde Town Arvada, a super fun, walkable area with great restaurants and shops; The Arvada Center where you can see live theater and shows as well as a beautiful golf course are both just around the corner; and Boulder and Red Rocks are about 20 minutes away.

The home boasts 2 fireplaces; great places to cozy up to and watch your favorite movie after a day of exploring in the mountains! You can also soak in the 6-8 person hot tub, a much needed relaxing retreat after hiking or skiing! There is a ping pong and foosball table as well as board games that allow for endless entertainment with family and friends. The massive fenced backyard is a great place for dogs or kids to run free and grownups to play yard games! Enjoy sitting around the fire pit on the back patio and watching the sunset after you cooked a delicious meal with our outdoor grill!
