Didn’t get to play on the pickleball court but absolutely Loved that right across the street was a 1.4 mile loop around a lake. We walked/ran every morning we were there. So much room in the house for all of us to have privacy.

Family vacation

My family of 7 arrived to celebrate my husband’s birthday and attend a Rockies game for the July 4th holiday. The house itself is very spacious and looks just like the pictures. We arrived close to 5pm and found the inside of the house very warm. The temperature outside was in the 90’s and the thermostat was set to 78. That with the skylights in the living room and the ceiling fan not working, it made it difficult to cool down. We did lower the thermostat but the house really didn’t cool down until the next morning. Fortunately there was a fan in one of the closets so that helped. The basement stayed cool though so if your fine hanging out in the basement then you will be fine. We did communicate the heat issue with the owner. He suggested closing the basement vents. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the pickle ball court but the air hockey table did not work, nor did the outdoor firepit so if you are counting on using those then you might wanna confirm they are working. The house is in a good location however there is lots of construction going on right in front of the house. Not sure how long that will last. Overall our stay was good.

Awesome property

Just stayed here with a group of friends and had a great time! Property is fun and has a great backyard to hang out while still being a pretty close drive to everything else you would want to do in Denver. Would 110% recommend!

Awesome stay

Our family loved the property-the location close to Regis, the pickleball court, the patio, the hot tub, and the living/tv. Manager was great w/ communication and answered our questions promptly. Our family thought it was the best vrbo we’ve stayed in the Arvada area.

Everything was very clean and neat. There was a lack of batteries in the upstairs remote and the air hockey table doesn’t work but other than that, it was perfectly accurate. The pickleball court could use some maintenance though, the net looks broken.

Great stay as usual!

This is our fourth year staying here for national western stock show, we work it every year. It always feels like coming home, there’s plenty of room for all of us staying and plenty of parking for our trucks. Definitely recommend!

Amazing family get-away!

Our extended family stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was PERFECT for a large food and games centered gathering. We had 5 people working in the kitchen and it was a perfect space!The pickleball and ping pong were a huge hit as well.Easy to get into downtown, and out to Red Rocks.Thank you for the perfect gathering spot!

Music weekend

Great location super close to red rocks and not far from meow wolf. It comfortably slept our group of 10. Definitely take advantage of the pickleball court and the basement! Also, kitchen and outside area is great for group meals.

Not as nice as pictures

The bathrooms had hair on the floor when we walked in. They did not look cleaned. The rooms smelled like pee. The bedding was yellow not white like its supposed to be. Bring your own blankets because there are not a lot. Both bathroom doors squeak. So if you plan on using the restroom at night plan on everyone waking up. The train is close so plan on that keeping you up all night. The kitchen was nice. It took my husband a half an hout to sweep the leaves off the pickle ball courts to use it.

Need repairs

The drive way was hazardous and caused damage to our cars. The showers all needed some sort of repair. The kitchen and living space was great and the outside space was amazing. The beds all slept well. Would be a great space for a celebration.

Great Location!

We loved staying here. It was a great location. We visited Denver, Boulder, Golden and Red Rocks. 30 minutes or less to any of these locations. This house would be great for a large group. Great kitchen for thanksgiving or Christmas. The hot tub was nice and the teens loved playing pickle ball. The basement was perfect w hockey table and ping pong. Good times had by all.

We had a group of friends stay to go to a concert at Red Rock Canyon. The house had plenty to do and lots of space. Great stay.

Lots of space, large kitchen and plenty of games

The location is convenient, just a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver, making it easily accessible. The only minor issue was the proximity to a train line, which caused a 30-minute delay when I got stuck on the opposite side of the tracks as the trains passed. We prepared meals for our family reunion of 23 people at this location, and the huge central counter was perfect for putting together meals for such a large group. Otherwise, the home is beautiful and offers plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. There's an air hockey table, a ping pong table, a downstairs lounge area with a TV for video games, and outside, a hot tub and a pickleball court.

Beautiful home. Very clean and lots of room. Negative: living room ceiling fan didn’t work , handrail on the stairs was broken and sprinklers came on at 5 pm which is when we wanted to sit and eat outside. Would definitely recommend and will be using it again.

Accurate pictures and descriptions. Beautiful home with tons to do. Loved the pickle ball and gave each of us that stayed our own area when needed. Totally worth it and helped make our family bucket list phenomenal. Can’t wait to try and go back. Totally recommend to anyone with multiple family members or even just a few.
