We are delighted to open our home to visitors from around the world! This luxurious three-story townhome offers a unique stay in the heart of Ocala’s thriving downtown. Watula on the Square provides a blend of style, convenience, and comfort, featuring a large two-car garage with ample parking inside and out. Upon arrival, guests access the gated property via the garage entrance or front door that faces the Ocala Courthouse.

The first floor features a beautifully appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed, spacious closet, and an en-suite full bathroom. Ascend to the second floor to find an open-concept living and dining area, thoughtfully designed for entertaining and relaxation. The chef’s kitchen boasts high-end appliances, abundant storage, and generous counter space, perfect for preparing memorable meals. The dining area seats four comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room, equipped with a large smart TV, offers an inviting space to unwind, and just steps away, the balcony provides charming views of downtown Ocala and the historic district. For an added touch of local exploration, guests have the option to rent a new four-seater electric golf cart to navigate the historic district and nearby farmers market.

On the third floor, the primary and second guest bedrooms offer a private retreat. The second guest bedroom includes a twin bed and en-suite full bathroom, while the conveniently located laundry room makes handling laundry easy. The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, smart TV, and a walk-in closet with ample storage. The en-suite bathroom is a haven of luxury, featuring a walk-in shower, generously sized soaking tub, and a separate water closet.
