This freshly remodeled, stylish and cozy pool home in Huntington Beach offers 4bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, Bunkbed Queen over Queen&Full , and 1 king bed. With 2 full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, this soothing retreat is perfect for big families. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and washing/dryer machine during your stay. 6 minutes to the beach, nice and quiet neighborhood, minutes to park and downtown Huntington Beach. Plenty of parking- 3 car garage plus 3 cars on the driveway.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWINGS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING:
1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.
2/ The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.
3/ QUIET HOURS are from 10PM - 7AM.
4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.
5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY
6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. Owner and host are NOT responsible for any missing packages.
7/ NO PETS PLEASE.
8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front door and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes.
9/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!
10/ The pool area doesnât have fencing. Please watch your kids carefully. Please note: Pool doesnât have heating system! Please be cautious with the swimming pool. If anything happens, the host and owner will NOT be liable. Guests should consider getting travel insurance for their safety concerns.
11/ The property also has stairs. Please watch your kids carefully and be cautious at all times as host and owner will NOT be liable for anything happens to you or your group on the premises. Guests should consider getting travel insurance for their safety concerns.
12/ *** NOTE: Per short term rental in city of Huntington Beach, the owner is required to stay on site in the 5th bedroom. The fifth bedroom is completely separate from the rest of the house, accessible through a locked door. Owner leaves home early for work at 6am in the morning and returns late in the evening *** Guests please feel free to message host and Iâll be happy to share with you a photo of ownerâs separate area.

Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Most of the families are with little children and they have been living here for a long time.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, play area, kitchen, dining area, 3car garage, beautiful backyard with swimming pool.
If you wish to stay close to the beach but not too far from Disneyland, Knottâs Berry Farm, Honda Center, John Wayne airport, freeways, supermarkets, gym, this is the right house for you!!!
