Very clean, relatively comfortable, close to everything. Kitchen stuff is basic at best, so you may need to buy a utensil or two, but otherwise fairly well equipped.Only awkward thing is that parking is not connected to the building, and you have to pick up the parking card at the building before parking. Still, I would stay here again.

The entire unit was very spacious and clean. The host was very responsive in our checkout process is incredibly smooth as their communication was elite. The location was great as it was near downtown Chicago and was a five minute drive to the downtown parts, museum, restaurants, and nightlife. Would definitely recommend for an affordable place near the city!

We had a great stay at this Chicago apartment! Starting with exceptional communication from the host, I never waited more than a minute or two for a response. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the L, Chinatown, and so many incredible restaurants. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very secure. Garage parking was also a huge convenience. And the view… absolutely awesome! We would happily stay here again.

Was perfect for a group of three, although the couch is one of the beds it was extremely comfortable. Ther was also an air mattress available, which made it nice. Had everything we need. The only other thing I would’ve asked for was an internal chain lock just to feel safer at night, bathmat because the tub was very slippery without a handhold inside, and an ironing board to go with the iron. Oh and a spatula. But, other than those itty-bitty minor notes this is an absolutely perfect place in a great location with a wonderful coffee machine downstairs.

The app glitched said the apartment was rented could not confirm my reservation so I chose another room same thing 3rd worked then suddenly they all were booked. Neither the company or Vrbo would do anything and made me keep all 3 apartments costing over 1000 more then what I intended on spending they were unwilling to offer any credit or future discounts so for my family of 4 we had 3 apartments

Excellent location in a secure building. Unit was clean and basic kitchen and bath items provided. Communication with host was excellent and timely. If you're going to an event at McCormick Place, this location is within walking distance via Marriott skybridge or walking on street.

Host was very good with communication. We had an issue with a neighbor during the day blaring music to the point the walls were shaking at times with the bass, and they promptly had management address the issue. Overall, a great experience! Conveniently located to a lot of attractions and a park for the kids to play at.

Very nice, reasonably recently remodeled apartment in an older building on Chicago near south side. Amazingly convenient to McCormick Place. But what really stood out was how efficiently a minor mix-up was handled. Shortly after we arrived at around 11PM on a Sunday night, we discovered that the housekeeper had forgotten to leave towels. A couple quick texts to the owner, and within about 10 minutes the night security guy was at our door with a bag of towels.Mixups can happen at any property. The speed with this one was resolved for a late arrival was nothing short of amazing.

Great location with great views of the city. Check in was easy. Safe neighborhood. A few issues that we had to have addressed - when we arrived there were only 4 towels and we had 7 guests. There were no sheets, pillows, and linens for the sofa bed or air mattress. The air mattress in the first night went flat. The replacement also went flat the next night. All issues were addressed but when spending this much, these are things that should be taken care of before arrival.
